SPECIAL PRÉCIS ON THE RISE OF THE DREAD CHAMPION: THE COMING VISITATION TO THE OPPRESSORS OF HIS REMNANT

SCRIPTURE. “Be still before the Lord, all mankind; for He is roused (raised up) from His holy habitation [in response to His persecuted people].” – ZECHARIAH 2:13, AMP

KEY TERM: “ROUSED! ‘Ur’ [ נֵע֖וֹר]: “A primitive root (identical with עוּר), ‘through the idea of opening the eyes: i.e., to awake to lift one’s self up as Master; to stir.’” NOTE: The verb עוּר (‘ûr) is used in the Hebrew Bible to convey the idea of being exposed or laid bare. It is often used in contexts where something is uncovered or revealed, either physically or metaphorically.”

QUOTATION. “‘That the reason why they are not fallen already and do not fall now is only that God’s Appointed Time is not come.’ For it is said, that when that Due Time, or Appointed Time comes, their foot shall slide. Then they shall be left to fall, as they are inclined by their own weight. COMMENTARY. “Here is a Prediction of the Coming of Christ in human nature. Many nations in that day would renounce idolatry, and God will own those for His people who join Him with purpose of heart. ‘Glorious Times are foretold as a Prophecy of our Lord’s Coming and Kingdom!’ God is about to do something unexpected, and very surprising, and to plead His people’s cause, which had long seemed neglected. Silently submit to His Holy Will, and patiently wait The Event; assured that God will complete all His work. ‘He will ere long Come to Judgment, to complete the Salvation of His [obedient] people, and to punish the inhabitants of the Earth for their sins.’” – MATTHEW HENRY, Exposition of the Old and New Testaments, 6 vols., 1708-1710; edited

DK’S TAKE. I see people in the Church going about their business, running errands, shopping for that new item, joyfully carousing with their friends as if all is well and shall always be so, Indifferent to the Gathering Storm crossing the entire Horizon.

It all unmistakably reminds of an ANCIENT PROPHECY that describes America and the entire World to the letter, beloved.

“And just as it was in the days of Noah, so it will be in the time of [the second coming of] the Son of Man: the people were eating, they were drinking, they were marrying, they were being given in marriage, [they were indifferent to God] until the day that Noah went into the ark, and the flood came and destroyed them all. 

It was the same as it was in the days of Lot. People were eating, they were drinking, they were buying, they were selling, they were planting, they were building [carrying on business as usual, without regard for their sins]; but on the [very] day that Lot left Sodom it rained fire and brimstone (burning sulfur) from heaven and destroyed them all. It will be just the same on the day that the Son of Man is revealed.” – LUKE 17:26-30, AMP

The EDITORS of the Life Application Bible offer sobering alert of The Consequences of such cavalier, catastrophic Disobedience: “Jesus warned against the false security. We are to abandon the values and attachments to the World in order to ‘Be Ready for Jesus’ Return.’

It will happen suddenly, and when He Comes, none will have a second chance. Those who Believe and Follow Him will be ‘Taken’ to be with Him; everyone else will be ‘Left Behind.’ They will not have another opportunity to change their minds” (2022, p. 2316; edited).

CODA. To be honest, I grow weary of penning these Warnings of Judgment that shall come first to the House of God and its Leaders. Frankly, very few are listening, and I cannot get a single Pastor to respond to my shouts. It could well be because of my own many deficiencies – and/or theirs.

God shall very soon Decide. But how shall you choose, Sir?
