MUSICAL MEDITATION FRIDAY. Rather than post “Open Mic Friday,” since the airwaves are become so toxic these days, I wanted to instead share a Musical Feast I recently discovered. The artist goes by the name, “HOLY GROOVE,” who is in the process of Singing the Bible in the Jazz Musical Genre. Its rich, soul-stirring songs largely emerged from the African-American communities of New Orleans, Louisiana during the Slavery and Post-Slavery Eras in the form of Black Spirituals.

So here he offers us much of the entire BOOK OF PSALMS, soaked in the deep thoughts of God and His servants, including King David.
