1. FIRST THOUGHTS

America has been introduced to the Sin of Pride as possibly never before in her entire history, by the Election of Donald John Trump as President of the United States in 2016. But not just his Pride, but rather our own.

And, more grievously, the Church’s.

THESIS. I will argue here that this Historic Turn, from a comparatively Grateful Nation and roughly Canonical Church to today’s grotesque iteration of what one author calls ‘The Church Regnant’ (Dominance Driven), is a massive Transmutation, that constitutes what one writer calls: THE “EVANGELICAL MEGASHIFT.”

I will continue to argue that it is a Shift from Humility to Hubris, from a Nation as Servant to Truth, to a Nation (and Church) in hot pursuit of Soft Truth and Raw Political Power.

This Historic Shift was first noted by Canadian theologian, ROBERT BROW, a Theological Sea Change that resulted in the Redefinition of such basic terms as: Hell, faith, judge, wrath, sin, Church, and even the title, ‘Son of God.’ According to this view, they were all being assigned New Meanings in line with ‘New Model’ thinking that had entered our sanctuaries and seminaries by 1990. 

A NEW CHURCH MODEL. Here is an excerpt of Mr. Brow’s important observations, revealing the dark underbelly in today’s Corrupted Church.

“Evangelicals have long been at odds over the models they use in interpreting Scripture. Witness the differences between Calvinists and Wesleyans, pacifistic Mennonites and just-war Lutherans, or a Baptist and an Anglican such as Billy Graham and John Stott. In fact, all of us, in a way we often take for granted, view Scripture through a Model, or Pattern [or Hermeneutic], that Organizes our assumptions and governs our conclusions. 

But now, almost without our recognizing it, Another Model has appeared. I will call it ‘New-Model’ Thinking, and suggest it is dividing Evangelicals on a deep level…What are we to make of the New Model? It does make sense of the family language of the Bible. And no one would deny that it is easier to relate to a God perceived as ‘Kindly and Loving’ [only]. But is New-Model thinking Biblical? Has it a place under the Evangelical umbrella? Will it indeed, as Old-Model Evangelicals believe, deprive our Preaching of its cutting edge and dull the motive for missions? ORIGINS OF HERESY. Beloved, I stumbled upon this article just this week, in response to my longstanding desire to find out just where this ‘Seeker Friendly’ Movement originated. While its roots run much deeper than this (18^th Century German Historical Higher Criticism Movement, etc.), this is the uniquely ‘American Gospel Shift’ that I, and I daresay Almighty God, Loathe. As in hate. 

Here is one thoughtful reply to this insidious Reconstruction of the Faith that I found instructive.

“Others have noted that this article was a Precursor for the ‘Open Theist Project’ [God is not omniscient] and a portent much of the emergent and Post-Evangelical Theology that has influenced Evangelicalism in the first decade of the 21st century. Almost ten years ago Gary L. W. Johnson was right to say that these ’New Model’ ’thinkers have not lacked ‘a platform to propagate their Anti-Reformational views” (and that not least through the medium of Christianity Today).” – MARTIN DOWNES, “The Evangelical Megashift: Twenty Years On,” ‘Against Heresies,’ December 30, 2009; edited

TODAY’S CHURCH. Now with this context in mind, we make a rather easy leap forward to the American Church of the 2020s, just ten more years since the publication of Mr. Downes’ piece, and take a closer look at our Pulpiteers to find, what?

The Barna Research Group recently published a thorough Survey of Pastoral Concerns for 2020. Take a look at what they found, the attempt to keep breathing.

“When presented with a list of possible challenges facing their church today, half of Protestant pastors note that “reaching a younger audience” (51%) is a major issue for their ministry. Just over one-third of pastors (34%) marks this statement as a top three concern for their church, with 12 percent noting it as the top concern.” – “What’s on the Minds of American Pastors?” ‘Barna: State of the Church 2020,’ February 3, 2020; edited

DK’S TAKE. Now, let me bridle myself a bit here: With the massive, unprecedented Tumult, Chaos and Death occurring all over the World and in the Nation, these Pastors were primarily concerned about ‘reaching young people.’ Okay, I see. But in this entire, exhaustive study, I saw not a whisper about this:

Concern for the Corruption in the Church, nor the Loss of Sound Doctrine (since the 1990s).

Not a whisper, not the slightest hint, shamefully reflective of an earlier study by the Barna Group in August 2014, in which Pastor Interviews revealed that they refused to preach on ‘Controversial Issues.’ And why? They did not wish to offend the congregation and possibly reduce the church income (tithes and gifts). 

THE RESULT. A ‘Softer Gospel Message,’ what the Apostle Paul would furiously indict as, “Another Gospel.” Not everyone can hear this, but it is, God’s Word to the Pastors of today, of which I am increasingly convinced.

“But even if we or an angel from heaven should preach to you a gospel contrary to and different from that which we preached to you, let him be accursed (anathema, devoted to destruction, doomed to eternal punishment)! As we said before, so I now say again: If anyone is preaching to you a gospel different from or contrary to that which you received [from us], let him be accursed (anathema, devoted to destruction, doomed to eternal punishment)!” – GALATIANS 1:8-9, AMPC

POLITICAL CONSEQUENCE. The Election of Donald John Trump as President of the United States of America on November 8, 2016. And all, or certainly most, which has tragically followed.

2. THE NEED FOR REPENTANCE

The combined political forces of Trump Republicans and Evangelical-Charismatic-Pentecostals have formed an Unholy Alliance with the Conspiracy View (e.g., Alex Jones, QAnon, Fox News etc.), in order to produce a New, False Narrative of the American Order. It has nothing, absolutely nothing to do with God, and everything to do with the Politics of Pragmatism:

That is, whatever it takes to win and retain Power, is both good and necessary for the good of all.

HERESY IN 2020. I continue to argue that this is an Historic Usurpation, a spiritual Coup d’état of the American legacy of Divine Order on which the Republic was founded. This vicious Rebellion constitutes nothing less than the wholesale Rejection of Jesus Christ and the True Gospel – an Event of immeasurable, destructive proportion in the Life of the Republic.

And the Church has led the way. If I am correct, then this shall be the Reply from our Sovereign, in the rest of the Account from Isaiah with which we opened our discussion.

“[The acts of the hypocrite’s worship are as abominable to God as if they were offered to idols.] He who kills an ox [then] will be as guilty as if he slew and sacrificed a man; he who sacrifices a lamb or a kid, as if he broke a dog’s neck and sacrificed him; he who offers a cereal offering, as if he offered swine’s blood; he who burns incense [to God], as if he blessed an idol. [Such people] have chosen their own ways, and they delight in their abominations;

So I also will choose their delusions and mockings, their calamities and afflictions, and I will bring their fears upon them—because when I called, no one answered; when I spoke, they did not listen or obey. But they did what was evil in My sight and chose that in which I did not delight.” – ISAIAH 66:3-4, AMPC

TRANSLATION. There are Two Stunning Judgments in this incendiary passage, of major consequence to the Pastors and Church Leaders who so Insurrect.

1. INCREASED DELUSION. From the Hebrew term, ‘Taalulim’ [תַּעֲלוּל]: “Wantonness, caprice; vexation brought by a tyrant; punishment; mischievous, as with a petulant baby; operating on whim or fancy; to overdo, mock, defile, abuse [in this context, truth].”

2. INCREASED FEAR. From the Hebrew, ‘Megurah’ [מְגוּרָה]: “Fear of terror, the result of ‘turning aside’ from the right way; anxiety, similarly, derived from being in a strange place or abode [in this context, without God]; a painful emotion or passion excited by an expectation of evil, or the apprehension of impending danger; the experience of dread.”

REFUSAL OF WORSHIP. “‘Because when I called, no one answered; when I spoke, they did not listen or obey. But they did what was evil in My sight and chose that in which I did not delight” – God will no longer hear their praise offerings nor their intercessions. They have become, by their own sustained Rebellions, ‘estranged’ from God.

One theologian offers excoriation of this Group of Hypocrites.

“Those who are impenitent offend God by their religious observances. When Divorced from practical holiness, their sacrifices and offerings are ‘Crimes and Abominations.’ They can choose their hypocritical ways, but they cannot choose the Consequences. God will do that. Those who refuse His Call to Repentance and who go on in ways that He hates will taste His Wrath.” – WILLIAM MACDONALD, ‘Believer’s Bible Commentary,’ 1995, pp. 989-990; edited

Clearly, inarguably, and inexorably, the greatest Hindrance for this Group of the Impenitent is their Willful Blindness to their own sin. That is, a Spiritual Pride that  they wear as a Necklace of Destruction.

3. AMERICAN CONTRITION

I have indeed been laboring to encourage the American Church to come to the Altar of Repentance for nearly four years now, with increasing vehemence and passion. For all of that, I cannot claim any real success in all that time – either because my methods, ranging from quiet, civil conversations to bursts of outrage and near imprecation – and everything in between.

NO MORE MR. NICE GUY. But this time, this time, beloved, I shall hold little back, as I sense the Hour growing late, and my former mildness patently ineffective. Rightly or not, I take my Last Days Template from the fiery thrones of Jeremiah and John and Jesus Himself. When they too had been given Imprimatur to Warn, to a people with stiff necks, dim eyes and deafened ear.

This to hopefully Prevent them from allowing hardness of heart to imprison them forever.

SEVEN LESSONS FROM THE PRAYERS OF HEZEKIAH. Though clearly a great king, Hezekiah was hardly a perfect man and ruler, wrestling all his days with personal pride and self-congratulation. But he knew how to Pray.

So do I begin to conclude with an Adaptation from a useful Review by an insightful Pastor, ROD EDMONDSON, in his article, “A Lesson from Hezekiah: 7 Steps to More Effective Prayers,” ‘Church Leaders,’ November 7, 2011; edited; cf. 2 Kings 19:14-19

1. GET ALONE WITH GOD. Of massive importance to a Church schooled in “Quiet Times” and other polite little rituals, I have in mind here more the examples of Jacob wrestling with God all night long (Genesis 32:24-29). Or Job who argued with God for something like 39 chapters (Job 2-41). Jesus’ Agony at Gethsemane (Matthew 26:36-46). Or perhaps Miss Clara from the movie, ‘War Room’ (2015). Point is: Passion; Privacy; Quiet; Bible; Notebook; Praise Music softly, if preferred; One Hour, at least.

2. PRAY IMMEDIATELY. As the needs arose, or prior to an important event, King Hezekiah did not hesitate to go as a First Priority, straight to God. He would not take steps without Divine Consultation, and especially when he entered upon a Crisis of some sort. And I add, if you have occasion to find a friend or even a stranger in peril of some sort, offer to pray right there! I have never been turned down at such times. The point is to make God and Prayer you first line of attack against your own sin, or some serious problem or decision.

3. BE OPEN AND HONEST. I have made this point repeatedly, as a wonderful priority to ‘Tell Him everything,’ because He, um, knows it already. But will bless the Transparent Self before His Throne, to use psychologist Dr. Sidney Jourard’s term (1964). The author writes this: “He took the letter [from the King of Ethiopia], went to the house of the Lord, and spread it out before Him.” Wonderful image of Presentation of ALL to Hashem, especially including Sin, then inquiring of the Lord what comes next.

4. WRITE IT DOWN. I mentioned a Notepad or Journal of some sort, that every believer should keep and use daily. To ‘show God’ you mean business, to date and record significant prayers, requests, and answers, and to imitate the Model of Habakkuk: “And the Lord answered me and said, Write the vision and engrave it so plainly upon tablets that everyone who passes may [be able to] read [it easily and quickly] as he hastens by” (2:2). There is something special about ‘Keeping a Record’ of your conversations with Him.

5. BE HONORABLE, HUMBLE, RESPECTFUL. And to these three absolutes, I add, if you sense His consent, a Loving Personalness. I have over the years been allowed to address Him, for example, as: ‘Mi Patrón,” or “Boss,” along with “Father, Adonai, Hashem, Yeshua, Abba,” and the like. As with any intimate relationship, we often develop ‘Special Names’ by which to address one another. In keeping with this, remember that Jesus “will give [each of us] a white stone with a new name engraved on the stone, which no one knows or understands except he who receives it” (Revelation 2:17). Selah.

6. BE BOLD. Sounding a bit like a contradiction, godly boldness expresses our Faith in God’s Faithfulness to hear and answer us. And a wonderful habit at the end of a bold request, is this: “But not my will, Lord, but Thine” (cf. Matthew 26:39). Great summary by the author here: “Hezekiah had the kind of relationship with God where it wasn’t a surprise when Hezekiah showed up to pray. They talked frequently; probably throughout the day. Because of that relationship, Hezekiah didn’t wonder if God would be there when he came before Him. He knew he could ask God to act on his behalf.” 

7. REMAIN DEPENDENT. Again, the author does a better job than I in describing this important element. “In [2 Kings 19] 17-18 he prays, ‘It is true, O LORD, that the Assyrian kings have laid waste these nations and their lands.’ Hezekiah knew he was out of his league facing the Assyrians. From the way I see that Hezekiah responded to life, however, I don’t think it mattered the size of the battle, whether large or small. I have come to deeply understand that, like Paul, I am nothing, less than nothing, without my Lord’s Grace and Power Shepherding me through life (cf. 2 Corinthians 12:9).

THE 8^TH PROTOCOL. Now I cannot pronounce this as a necessity, but Hezekiah’s Prayer of Contrition was marked by a very special ingredient. Listen to the Text cited in Part I of our Study: “Then Hezekiah turned his face toward the wall, and prayed to the Lord, and said, ‘Remember now, O Lord, I pray, how I have walked before You in truth and with a loyal heart, and have done what is good in Your sight.’ And Hezekiah wept bitterly” (Isaiah 38:2-3). 

The Key to Hezekiah’s Repentance is right here: He “wept bitterly.” I prefer the Interpretation by CHARLES ELLICOTT, that does not miss the less than humble prayer by the king, yet notes what ‘prevails’ with God. 

“Devout as the prayer is, there is a tone of self-satisfaction in it which contrasts with David’s prayer (Psalm 51:1-3). He rests on what he has done in the way of religious reformation, and practically asks what he has done that he should be cut off by an untimely death. The tears may probably have been less egotistic than the words, and, therefore, were ‘more prevailing.’ – ‘Commentaries on the Whole Bible,’ 1905; edited

Always remember the Opposite of such Prayers of Passion and Reason, as Jesus instructs. “And when you pray, do not use meaningless repetition as the Gentiles do, for they think they will be heard because of their many words.” – MATTHEW 6:7, AMP

Now we conclude with the monumental Importance that a Sincere Prayer of Contrition can achieve – for an individual, for a Church, indeed, for an entire Nation.

4. THE HEART OF REPENTANCE

As with so many of my commentaries in the past year in dealing with this Crisis of America and the Church, all boils down to CHOICES. For they shall powerfully mitigate the Consequences we shall experience, as an Individual, and as a Nation of people.

THE TEACHING. We therefore return to the Isaiah Passage to make indelibly clear this crucial point related to the Core or Heart of Repentance.

“Thus says the Lord: ‘Heaven is My throne, and the earth is My footstool. What kind of house would you build for Me? And what kind can be My resting-place? For all these things My hand has made, and so all these things have come into being [by and for Me], says the Lord. But this is the man to whom I will look and have regard: he who is humble and of a broken or wounded spirit, and who trembles at My word and reveres My commands.’” – ISAIAH 66:1-2, AMPC

• GOD’S SOVEREIGNTY OUR FIRST PREMISE. Princeton trained, Presbyterian Theologian ALBERT BARNES writes of this: “‘The Heaven is my Throne’ – (See the notes at Isaiah 57:15). Here He is represented as having his Seat or Throne there. He speaks as a King. Heaven is the place where He holds his court; from where He dispenses His Commands; and from where He surveys all his works (compare 2 Chronicles 6:18; Matthew 5:34). The idea here is, that as God dwelt in the vast and distant heavens, no house that could be built on Earth could be magnificent enough to be His Abode…The sense is, ‘I have founded for Myself a far more magnificent and appropriate Temple than you can make; I have formed the Heavens as My dwelling-place, and I need not a dwelling reared by the hand of man.’” – ‘Commentary and Notes on the Old and New Testaments,’ c. 1839; edited 

• HUMILITY OUR DEFINING QUALITY. The Prophet uses two words to define this matter of Character. The first is, ‘Ani’ [עָנִי], or: “Poor, afflicted, humble; depressed in mind or circumstances recognizing his desperate need of God; lowly; wretched, and often oppressed by the rich and powerful. The second term, ‘Nakeh’ [נֵכֶה], refers to: “Smitten, stricken; maimed, crippled or dejected. Hence, broken-hearted for sin; deeply affected with grief and sorrow for having offended God; humble; penitent; as a contrite sinner.”  English theologian CHARLES ELLICOTT offers this incisive warning to all who claim to follow Elohim: “The ‘contrite heart’…is the true correlative of His own holiness. He who offers that is a true worshipper, with or without the ritual of worship; in its absence, all worship is an Abomination to the Eternal.” Note: That last point I shall return to as we close. – ‘Bible Commentary for English Readers,’ 1905; edited

• FEAR OF GOD OUR FOUNDATION. The Key Idea here is captured in the phrase, ‘Who trembles at My Word and reveres My Commands.’ From the key word, ‘Chared’ [חָרֵד]: “Fearful, reverential; quaking before His great holiness, authority and power; anxiously in awe of who God is and the things that He has done; to come into His presence with proper trepidation as a form of respect, not taking His Divinity for granted.” English Bible scholar JOHN GILL interprets:” ‘And such tremble at the Word of God;’ not at the threatenings of Wrath in it, or in a servile slavish manner; but have a holy reverence for it, and receive it, not as the word of man, but as the Word of God: and to such the Lord looks; He looks on these poor ones, and feeds them; on these afflicted ones, and sympathizes with them; on these contrite ones, and delights in their sacrifices, and dwells with them, and among them; see Psalm 51:17.” – ‘An Exposition of the Old and New Testaments,’ 1746-1763; edited 

IN SUM. To such as these alone, then, only these, is God aligned toward in Immeasurable Divine Favor. Loving them even as His own Son, since they are truly of Him. Not by pretension nor by mere declaration, but by their hearts and by their sustained conduct.

5. CONSEQUENCES OF REBELLION

 And now to the harder part: To those who dare to Defy God, Truth and Mercy, and the Staggering Price that shall be exacted from them by a Holy God. Here again, I must try to restrain myself as I watch the rapid flow of Dark Corruptions in both the Church and the State. 

About which the entire Christian Establishment remains Criminally – yes, Criminally – Silent.

‘Real-time data and information on the supply of therapeutics, testing supplies, personal protective equipment, ventilators, hospital bed capacity, and workforce availability to plan for further deployment of the nation’s assets needs to be shared to save countless lives,’ said the organizations.” – JULIA CONLEY, “‘Save Countless Lives’: US Medical Groups Demand Trump Share COVID-19 Data with Biden Team,” ‘Raw Story,’ November 17, 2020; edited

I can only interpret this by Christian common sense and reasoned compassion as the President’s Willful Contribution to the sufferings and deaths of American citizens, for political and personal gain. Allow me to present my case.

CRIMINAL. “Partaking of a crime; involving a crime; that violates public law, Divine or human; as, theft is a ‘criminal’ act. That violates moral obligation; wicked. A person who has committed an offense against public law; a violator of law, divine or human. More particularly, a person indicted or charged with a public offense, and one who is found guilty, by verdict, confession or proof.” – NOAH WEBSTER, ‘American Dictionary of the English Language,’ 1828; edited

• DEFINITION. Any Law Dictionary defines matters related to Criminal Conduct this way: “Those statutes dealing with crimes against the public and members of the public, with penalties and all the procedures connected with charging, trying, sentencing and imprisoning defendants convicted of crime.”

• ACCESSORY. “A person who aids, abets, or encourages another to commit a crime but who is not present at the scene. An accessory before the fact, like an accomplice, may be held criminally liable to the same extent as the principal. Many jurisdictions refer to an accessory before the fact as an accomplice.” – EDITORS, “Criminal Law,” and “Accomplice,” ‘Cornell University Legal Information Institute,’ ret. November 20, 2020

• SCRIPTURE. “Death and life are in the power of the tongue, and they who indulge in it shall eat the fruit of it [for death or life]…Love does no wrong to one’s neighbor [it never hurts anybody]. Therefore love meets all the requirements and is the fulfilling of the Law.” – PROVERBS 18:21; ROMANS 13:10, AMPC

IN SUM. At his very best, the President is doing serious and even grave injury and injustice to the very citizens he is called to protect by the United States Constitution. At his worst, Donald Trump is, medically, morally and possibly legally: 

Killing American citizens.

FOR CHURCH LEADERS. Realizing fully that these charges are of the most serious and grave matters possible, I do not travel here lightly. Which is why this has been four years in coming, and was provoked by the wanton, premeditated Disregard for Human Life by the President in refusing to open the HHS Data Files to the incoming administration.

With all this in mind, Pastors and Leaders, God is not gentle in Recriminating “Accomplices” to such brutal, and even lethal actions against the American people.

“If I say to the wicked, ‘You shall surely die,’ and you do not give him warning or speak to warn the wicked to turn from his wicked way, to save his life, the same wicked man shall die in his iniquity, but his blood will I require at your hand.” – EZEKIEL 3:18, AMPC

6. LAST THOUGHTS

THE AMERICAN CRISIS. At the very heart of the American Trauma we are all experiencing is not Covid-19, nor the teetering economy, nor enflamed international relations, nor even the internecine bitterness that has taken place among Church members, families and longtime friends.

No, it is found right here, penned by a discerning journalist who understands American History and the US Constitution.

“President Donald Trump continued Friday to Deny the results of the Election, pressuring state officials in Michigan and Georgia to Overturn the will of voters, and increasing fears that he might Refuse to cede power to President-elect Joe Biden.

But those looking to the Nation’s Founders, or the Constitution they framed, for answers to such a Crisis will come up empty-handed. IN SUM. America’s Founders and Framers did not, in their wildest imaginations, anticipate a ‘Lawless President,’ not even once. They were for the most part, Christians in an Era of Faith, and could not envisage such Wanton Evil by a President. 

Selah.

So as I finish this admittedly strong warning to Church Leaders, I was led to Scripture after Scripture that reflect what I in good conscience believe is the present Mind and Heart of Almighty God toward that part of the Church that Disregards both Civil and Biblical Law, to participate in the Brutality that is currently streaming from the White House.

And again, for the Record, God is not in a “good mood.”

Since our study has centered on ISAIAH 66, I thus Conclude with its concise Statement of God’s Judgment upon those members of the ‘Church Regnant,’ who continue to Subvert Truth and Justice in their reckless Advocacy of this clearly Lawless President, either by their Overt Support, or by their Silent Acquiescence. 

Listen ever so carefully to God’s Prophet regarding this present moment in the American Church.

“Hear the word of the Lord, you who tremble at His word: Your brethren who hate you, who cast you out for My name’s sake, have said, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, that we may see your joy!’ But it is they who shall be put to shame. [Hark!] An uproar from the city! A voice from the temple! The voice of the Lord, rendering recompense to His enemies!” – ISAIAH 66:5-6, AMPC

COMMENTARY. “Those faithful, God-fearing Jews [and Christians] who tremble at His Word will be persecuted by their own brethren. The wicked persecutors will think they are doing God’s service, as is evidenced by their pseudo-pious taunt, ‘Let the Lord be glorified, that we may see your joy,’ that is, your joy at being miraculously delivered. But the Lord will Intervene to Shame their foes. The Work of Judgment will begin at the Temple [or Church]: There the Voice of Jehovah will reveal that the Time of Recompense has come.” – WILLIAM MACDONALD, ‘Believer’s Bible Commentary,’ 1995, p. 990; edited

• SHAME. “A painful sensation excited by a consciousness of guilt, or of having done something which injures reputation; or by of that which nature or modesty prompts us to conceal. Shame is particularly excited by the disclosure of actions which, in the view of men, are mean and degrading.”  – WEBSTER, 1828

• RECOMPENSE. “An equivalent returned for any thing given, done or suffered; compensation; reward; amends; as a recompense for services, for damages, for loss, etc. Requital; return of evil or suffering or other equivalent; as a punishment. To me belongeth vengeance and recompense Deuteronomy 32:35. And every transgression and disobedience received a just recompense of reward. Hebrews 2:2.” – WEBSTER, 1828

• THE PENALTY. At the Day of the Lord, beloved, I cannot say whether these ‘will suffer loss, but will be saved, yet so as through fire.” Or, more gravely, whether they shall hear the King Pronounce: ‘I never knew you; depart from Me, you who practice lawlessness!” God is the Judge, and not I. But in the Spirit of Blaise Pascal: WHY, by all that is holy, would anyone dare to risk it? – cf. 1 Corinthians 3:15; Matthew 7:21

CODA. I have been severe, beloved, because I now see no other course but to Shout such things, as it were, by the Instruction of a Holy God who also begins to loudly ‘Blow The Last Shofar,’ to this Final Warning: 

“Come out of her!” by which He means, Wretched Babylon, the World Spirit that would, if it could, suffocate, suffuse and finally destroy even those who otherwise follow the Messiah. 

For this very morning, I heard the Lord say this, by Isaiah once again.

“And in that day the Lord God of hosts called you to weeping and mourning, to the shaving off of all your hair [in humiliation] and to the girding with sackcloth. But instead, see the pleasure and mirth, slaying oxen and killing sheep, eating flesh and drinking wine, [with the idea] ‘Let us eat and drink, for tomorrow we die!’ And the Lord of hosts revealed Himself in my ears [as He said], ‘Surely this unatoned sin shall not be purged from you until [you are punished—and the punishment will be] death, says the Lord God of hosts.’” – ISAIAH 22:12-14, AMPC

So may God and the True Church Judge this as severely as I have written it, by the Word and Spirit of the Living Lord, that we might know the Truth, the whole Truth, and nothing but the Truth, so help us God. 

Even unto Life, by Repentance, and not unto Death, by its Absence.
