ON CIRCUIT RIDE II-C REDUX: WED JUNE 1-SUN JUNE 12, 2022

THIRD ATTEMPT. So, boys and girls, Lord willing and the crick don’t rise – here we go to a third try to execute the completion of the original Circuit Ride II out West. The first was cut short by awful weather in December-January 2021-22. The second by the old man coming down with something called “Influenza A” (HN51), originating from a chicken farm somewhere. I really used to like chickens!

And now this third one, challenged by any number of “bandits” from you know where already. Therefore, what follows is CONTINGENT UPON: (1) God’s Will; (2) the various Creeks no longer rising; and (3) financial feasibility. But here we go.

GROUND RULES. A few Protocols that have developed over the 8,000 miles or so logged thus far, that include the following considerations.

• VISITS. If you desire a visit from me, EMAIL ME (Name, Address, Phone) to make adequate plans to stop and stay in your town for the night (I normally arrange for my own motel room and pay for it myself).

• SIZE. I can meet with individuals or small groups of folks, depending on your particular location and preference. If there are a few friends in your area, it is a great idea to coordinate with them for a one-time meeting.

• PLACE. It has worked wonderfully to meet at a local restaurant, since I love to eat at the end of a long day on the road. Two Expenses: Providing Dinner for me. Dinner need not be expensive since I prefer places like Noodles, Cracker Barrell, Panera, MacDonald’s, Chick-fil-A, KFC, and when I feel especially courageous: Taco Bell.

• COVID-19. Except for medical exceptions or emergencies, I will generally not meet with The Unvaccinated. Though deaths and hospitalizations are way down, and I just received my Pfizer Booster #2, I still need to take precautions and stand on the “Love Your Neighbor” Principle of MARK 12:31 – “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.”

• CDC REPORTS. “INFECTIONS: As of May 11, 2022, the current 7-day moving average of daily new cases (84,778/943,970 per year projected) increased 30.7% compared with the previous 7-day moving average (64,863). DEATHS: The current 7-day moving average of new deaths (273/99,645 per year projected).” DK: These data compare with 22,000 Flu related deaths per year, and dramatically fewer in Covid years (2,300). Nearly 40% of America remains unvaccinated, effectively blocking any hope of herd immunity that requires 75% of the population to become immunized. 25 HOT SPOTS: Top Seven include Texas, The Dakotas, Colorado, Washington, Oregon, North California (per CDC and Mayo Clinic Reports).

TENTATIVE ITINERARY. THE MAP below will help you track my routes, STATE BY STATE, but only very generally. It will vary according to where you live and who requests me to stop by. But this is a a working, rough schedule.

• WED JUNE 1: NEBRASKA. I know at least one Fellowship family that I will visit in central Nebraska for an overnight stay.

• THU JUNE 2: IOWA. I plan to visit another Fellowship family on my second night, located again in the south-central part of the state.

• FRI JUNE 3: THE DAKOTAS. So far, I have no one scheduled to visit in either of these two states or that region.

• SAT JUNE 4: WYOMING-MONTANA. I have plans to lay over one night in Montana to visit an Air Force helicopter pilot and his wife in the Great Falls area. Original plan to stop in Wyoming no longer on the itinerary – unless there is a new request.

• SUN JUNE 5 – IDAHO-WASHINGTON STATE. Have plans already to stay in Washington near the Coast for the night to visit with two Fellowship friends.

• MON JUNE 6: OREGON-NEVADA . Plan to stop overnight at a dear Focus on the Family Institute mom and her kids in the Reno area who I promised to revisit.

• TUE-WED JUNE 7-8 NO. CALIFORNIA. Plans to visit the elderly wife of the man who mentored me in the Full Gospel Businessmen’s Fellowship International (FGBMFI) in the Stockton area. Will also visit my wife’s Filipino relatives there for another day.

• THU-FRI JUNE 9-10: SO. CALIFORNIA. Will visit an old high school friend in San Diego who needs the Lord, and a hopefully a dear Fellowship friend in the high desert region.

• SAT JUNE 11: UTAH. Rest and recovery on the way home somewhere in the Richfield area for a layover.

• SUN JUNE 12: COLORADO! Home the next day to prepare for some medical tests that are pretty important on the following Tuesday June 14. Prayers very welcome.

STAY FLEXIBLE. Again, these general destination deadlines will vary depending on individual requests, the weather and the ever present ‘unforeseen stuff.’ But God is the Royal Captain of this here little boat, so I trust Him to work out the details. – PR. 16:9

EXPENSES. My normal provision comes from our regular PATRONS and though a bit less this month, I believe I still have enough to cover room and board – your Dinner provision notwithstanding. GAS MONEY. However, with prices rising, it takes me about $25-30 to fill my tank (2015, 3-cylinder Mitsubishi Mirage). So, if you can, shoot me a tank of gas before I leave on JUNE 1. And thanks!

TRAVEL WORDS. You may recall for the First Ride in JUNE 2021, the Lord spoke a word to us in Spanish.“Se acabó!” – “It’s over!” In the ensuing weeks and months, we drew a tentative conclusion that the Lord has signaled a Final Countdown of some sort that had commenced. No date setting, just a ‘sense of urgency.’

Then on FRIDAY MARCH 4, 2022, ‘heard’ what turned out to be a Greek term ‘Rhomphaia!’ [ῥομφαία]: “A sabre or Thracian sword; a long and broad cutlass, scimitar or sword that brings ‘piercing grief;’ synonymous with finality or dominance; any sharpened weapon used for cutting, separating or destroying.”

It is used in the FOLLOWING SCRIPTURES: Luke 2:35 (“A sword of deep sorrow”); Revelation 1:16 (“Sharp two-edged sword”); Revelation 2:12 (“A sword of judgment”); Revelation 6:8 (“A sword that kills”); Revelation 19:15 (“Sword of His Word”); Revelation 19:21 (“Sword of His mouth”).

On Thursday, February 24 at precisely 5.07 a.m., Russian forces launched a series of missile attacks against locations near the capitol city of  Kyiv, Ukraine, as well as the use of long-range artillery against the northeastern city of Kharkiv, near the Russian border. Marks a steep escalation of the Russo-Ukrainian War, which began in 2014. The invasion has caused Europe’s largest refugee crisis since World War II, with more than 6.1 million Ukrainians [of nearly 42,000,000] fleeing the country and a third of the population displaced.

‘War shall become the norm.’ – My sense of where world history has arrived.

“THE DRUMS OF WAR.” You see the potential for the Unthinkable. Thus, my plans upon return from the Circuit Ride II-C are to launch a FIVE PART SERIES with that title. In my new book coming this October 30, 2022 (‘The Sixth Seal II: A Pre-Wrath Commentary Redux on the Rise of Trump Nationalism and the Decline of the American Order: 2017-2021’), one section spells out in detail FIVE WARS that Scripture describes taking place in the Last Times that have not yet been fought.

These are a few reasons I believe that the Russo-Ukraine War is ‘The Fuse’ to eventually and increasingly set fire to the Final Conflagration at Armageddon in the coming decade. I pray I am wrong.

PERSONAL NOTE. Most of you know that this last couple of weeks have been challenging for all of us. Without the details – Just this morning (May 16) I was pleading with the Lord (that’s the word) about whether or not I was quite honestly –  To Continue the Circuit Ride Ministry.

Not one hour after that prayer, this is where I was led, and I want to encourage you all with His detailed Faithfulness.

“Consider and answer me, O Lord my God; lighten the eyes [of my faith to behold Your face in the pitchlike darkness], lest I sleep the sleep of death, lest my enemy say, I have prevailed over him, and those that trouble me rejoice when I am shaken.” – PSALM 13:3-4, AMP

• ENLIGHTEN. From the Hebrew, ‘Or’ [אוֹר]: “To be or become light; illumine, as with daybreak; to shine (in the darkness); refers to God’s ‘Pillar of Fire.’ ALSO: Yahweh’s face lifted up as a blessing to; wisdom; happiness or joy; imp. ‘a sacred lampstand.’”

• COMMENTARY. “‘Lighten mine eyes’ — Because I find my own counsels insufficient, do Thou enlighten my mind, and guide me by Thy Counsel into the right way of obtaining Thy merciful help. Or, He means, Do Thou revive, and comfort, and deliver me from the darkness of death, which is ready to come upon me, and to close mine eyes. ‘Lest mine enemy say, I have prevailed against him’ — Namely, by my art or strength; which will reflect dishonour on Thee, as if Thou wert either unfaithful and unmindful of Thy Promises, or unable to fulfil them. DK’S CODA. Not only did He answer my prayer, but support that had been absent began coming in within the second hour. Beloved, having reached a low point, ‘God heard me’ and now promises that I will be coming to you with a bit of His Fire – if I am not misinterpreting the Spirit’s leading.

THE PROMISE. “But the king shall rejoice in God; everyone who swears by Him [that is, who binds himself by God’s authority, acknowledging His supremacy, and devoting himself to His glory and service alone; every such one] shall glory, for the mouths of those who speak lies shall be stopped.” – PSALM 63:11, AMPC

THE BENEDICTION.  “True Christians can, in some measure, and at some times, make use of the strong language of David, but too commonly our souls cleave to the dust. SO, MAKE READY! For (I) THE WORK He will have for us in the months ahead. And vastly more importantly, for (II) HIS ARRIVAL– That we would ‘Stay awake!’ since He will come as a Thief in the Night to all who are asleep (Rev. 16:15).
