PRÉCIS ON GODLY LEADERSHIP: ACTIONS SPEAK LOUDER THAN WORDS-A CODICIL

SCRIPTURE. “Then Eliashib the high priest rose up with his brothers the priests and built the Sheep Gate. They consecrated it and set up its doors; and they consecrated the wall [westward] to the Tower of the Hundred, as far as the Tower of Hananel.” – NEHEMIAH 3:1, AMP

KEY TERM: “THEY BUILT!” ‘Banah’ [וַיִּבְנוּ֙]: “To build up or repair.” NOTE: “The Hebrew verb ‘banah’ primarily means ‘to build’ or ‘to construct.’ It is used in the context of constructing physical structures such as houses, altars, and cities. Additionally, it can be used metaphorically to describe the establishment or development of a family, dynasty, or nation. ‘The term conveys the idea of creating something stable and enduring.’”

DK’S TAKE. As we sadly gaze upon the utter shambles of American Christianity with its doctrinal walls so diminished and desecrated with foreign ideas from Usurpers of the Faith, the Lessons here become painfully obvious. And they point directly to Cause of our Disarray: The Collapse of American Leadership about which I recently wrote.

To drive straight to the THREE KEY IDEAS here without much further ado, this is what the Story of Nehemiah tells the American Church Leaders of Today to do, stat!

1. SET YOUR COMPASS. “A Culture that has a Moral Compass which always points toward the Elite’s Conception of ‘good’—or a Society’s Default Conceptions of ‘good’—has a broken moral compass. • RAISE AN ARMY.  “The Heart of the Warrior is a protective heart. The Warrior shields, defends, stands between, and guards…He invests himself in ‘The energy of self-disciplined, aggressive action.’ By ‘Warrior’ I do not mean one who loves war or draws sadistic pleasure from fighting or bloodshed. There is a difference between a warrior and a brute. CODA. Until the American Church Recalculates it Moral Compass in both Christ and Canon, she shall continue to founder and ultimately fail. Thus it is that God is even now forming His Last Days Remnant, the True Church, filled with the Mighty Men and Woman who shall fulfill the Ancient Prophet’s Calling:

“And your ancient ruins shall be rebuilt; you shall raise up the foundations of [buildings that have laid waste for] many generations; and you shall be called Repairer of the Breach, Restorer of Streets to Dwell In.” – ISAIAH 58:12, AMPC

Will we be counted among them, beloved, when He Arrives? I pray so. Oh, how I pray so! Selah.
