COMMENTARY. “‘False teachers were and still are a threat to the Church. Jesus and the Apostles repeatedly warned against them’ (cf. Mark 13:21-23; Acts 20:28-31; 2 Thessalonians 2:1-12; 2 Peter 3:3-7). A teacher, speaker, or writer may appear to be knowledgeable, disciplined, and moral, and may claim to be speaking for God. But if that person’s words contradict the Bible, their teaching proves False. Like Timothy, we must guard against any teaching that causes believers to Dilute or Reject any aspect of their Faith.

Such False Teaching can be very direct or extremely subtle. ‘Believers ought to respond QUICKLY when they sense False Teaching being promoted!’ The Truth does not mind honest questions. Sometimes a person teaching something that is False may prove to be ignorant of their error and appreciate the Correction. ‘A Firm Warning’ may at least keep them from promoting the Deceptive Beliefs that Paul describes (cf. MISSION V: “CIRCUIT RIDER” (MARCH 2020). Dug up from my File Archives an entry from JUNE 2021 that was my first real recording of ORIGINS. So here are some snippets, to show you all: ‘From Whence We Came.’

FOUNDATIONS (1720’s). The “Father of the Great Awakening” was a Dutch Reformed minister named THEODORUS JACOBUS FRELINGHUYSEN, described as “an important herald, if not the Father of the Great Awakening,” and the subsequent Circuit Riders like Jonathan Edwards, who ignited The Great Awakening at the very influential Northampton Revival of 1734. DK: The Church was Alive but ‘Backslidden’ due to increased prosperity of the Colonies.

VISION (2020’s). Three hundred years later, we have a radically different America, and a radically different, largely LAODICEAN CHURCH (Revelation 3:14-22). A Church compromised by riches, politics, power and timidity, dominated nearly completely by the new, ‘Trump Christianity Model.’ Which Church, beloved, Jesus Christ promised this: “I will spew you out of My mouth!” (v. 16). As Remedy, only this: “Therefore I counsel you to purchase from Me ‘gold refined and tested by fire” (v. 18). DK: The Church is dying and very nearly, completely ‘Apostate’ and in desperate need of ‘Purification by God’s Fire.’

COMMISSION. “Cry aloud, spare not. Lift up your voice like a trumpet and declare to My people their transgression and to the house of Jacob their sins!” – ISAIAH 58:1, AMPC

(1) To labor zealously, and if necessary, loudly, even severely: ‘To Awaken an Apostate American Church.’ (2) To establish a spiritual beachhead for the formation of ‘House Churches,’ toward the preservation of Sound Doctrine in the midst of massive Apostasy in the Establishment American Church.

COVID-19. All things slowed down to a crawl for the entire world, and I spent much time digging into the Scriptures and research literature to determine what (if anything) was to come next. PRISCILLA! Yet somehow even in this Season of Parenthesis my major Patron came forth after one year of prayer (cf. Acts 18:24-26) on or around March 1, 2020.

WORD I. While in prayer on June 10, 2021, the morning of my First Circuit Ride, I heard a Shout from Heaven so clearly it was nearly audible: “¡Se acabó!” TRANSLATION: “It’s over! I am done!”

WORD II. “Erchomai!” [ἔρχομαι] (Sat. Oct. 14, 2023). Definition. “To come into being, arise, come forth, show itself, find place or influence; in the sense of: ‘To come forth before the public; to appear, make one’s appearance [following the One who sends you, clothed with Divine authority].’” DK: This was clear affirmation of a Scripture given on Feb. 15, 2022: “ENLARGE [or ‘Expand’] the place of your tent, and let the curtains of your habitations be stretched out; spare not; lengthen your cords and strengthen your stakes” (Isaiah 54:2, Amplified Classic Ed.).

CHARGE. “A Call upon individuals to actively reach out to underserved communities, utilizing modern technology and flexible approaches to spread their message, much like the historical Circuit Riders who traveled vast distances to preach in Frontier areas, but adapted to the current landscape of digital access and diverse social needs.” –AI Overview, ret. STAFF. I have been working with a long-time friend we shall call “Mr. Wayne,” an IT guy (and ‘mild-Trumper)’ who serves as my Webmaster. But it was not until I secured an Hindu SEO from Bangladesh we shall call, “Mr. H,” that my number of YouTube hits and Subscribers went from around, respectively: 150-200/90 to presently, 2.5K-5K/8K.

THE FUTURE

As the Birth Pains all around us under the rapidly expanding impact of the Trump Maga Christian Nationalism Movement deepens, we must consider for a Future Fellowship that will increasingly retain elements of an ‘UNDERGROUND CHURCH.’

“PELOTON.” In a road bicycle race, the ‘Peloton’ (from French, originally meaning ‘Platoon‘) is the main group or pack of riders. Riders in a group save energy by riding close (drafting, or slipstreaming) to (particularly behind) other riders. “CONFESSING.” The Confessing Church was a German Resistance Movement within the Protestant Church during the Nazi Era that opposed the Nazification of the Church. Formally established in 1934 with the Barmen Confession, it Rejected the idea of a State-controlled “German Christian” Church and instead affirmed that JESUS CHRIST, not any political leader, is the Head of the Church. While it failed to prevent the Persecution of Jews and others, the Movement, led by figures like Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Martin Niemöller, is considered a significant Moment of Christian Resistance against Nazi Ideology.

PELOTON CONFESSING FELLOWSHIP. I estimate that we have about 8,400 folks in our now International Online Fellowship (YouTube, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, WhatsApp, Personal Website, and later, Substack rollout). We shall have to PLAN AHEAD in serious fashion for what essentially will become an E-House Church.

THREE BASIC COMMITMENTS: (1) Honoring Christ and Christ Alone; (2) Resisting the Spirit and Person of Antichrist; and (3) Sharing God’s Truth whenever and wherever the Holy Spirit gives us opportunity.

WORD III (SAT OCT. 18, 2025). “I know how to get along and live humbly [in difficult times], and I also know how to enjoy abundance and live in prosperity. In any and every circumstance I have learned the secret [of facing life], whether well-fed or going hungry, whether having an abundance or being in need.

I can do all things [which He has called me to do] through Him who strengthens and empowers me [to fulfill His purpose—I am self-sufficient in Christ’s sufficiency; I AM READY FOR ANYTHING AND EQUAL TO ANYTHING through Him who infuses me with inner strength and confident peace].” – PHILIPPIANS 4:12-13, AMP

DK’S CODA. This most recent Instruction from the Holy Spirit is both general and yet unmistakably Proscriptive: “Be ready for anything!” And Ground Rule No. 1 is: ‘DEEP DIVE into the Lord Jesus Christ and His Word more than anytime before.’

The Storm is Coming, beloved. But contrary to the QAnon-Maga Christians who reinvented the term, they are not “The Storm.” Oh no. Rather, it is The One who is Master over all the 21 STORMS TO COME (and some already here): The Storm of Seals; The Storm of Trumpets; and the Storm of Bowls.
