SPECIAL PRÉCIS ON YAH’S FINAL SIFTINGS & DIVINE PROTECTION OF HIS REMNANT IN THE LAST DAYS (WITH VIDEO)

1. THEOLOGY

SCRIPTURE. “And I looked up, and saw a man with a measuring line in his hand. So I said, ‘Where are you going? And he said to me, ‘To measure Jerusalem, to see how wide it is and how long it is.’ And behold, the angel who was speaking with me was going out, and another angel was coming out to meet him, and he said to the second angel, ‘Run, speak to that young man, saying, “Jerusalem will be inhabited [like villages] without walls [spreading out into the open country] because of the great number of people and livestock in it.” 

‘For I,’ declares the Lord, ‘will be a wall of fire around her [protecting her from enemies], and I will be the glory in her midst.’” – ZECHARIAH 2:1-5, AMP

KEY TERM: “MEASURE.” ‘Madad’ [לָמֹד֙]: “A primitive root (properly): ‘To stretch or measure by stretching a line; to survey.’” NOTE: “The Hebrew verb מָדַד conveys the act of measuring, meting out, or stretching a line. Throughout the Old Testament it describes both human activity (surveying land, weighing resources) and the Divine Prerogative to assign boundaries, judge, and bless. The verb’s approximately fifty-two occurrences reveal an integrated ‘Theology of Measurement: God ordains Precise Limits for creation, covenant land, worship, and destiny, and He calls His people to respect those Limits in faith and obedience.’”

COMMENTARY. “‘The Son of David, even the Man Christ Jesus, whom the Prophet sees with a measuring line in His hand, is the Master-Builder of His Church.’ God notices the extent of His Church and will take care that whatever number of guests are brought to the Wedding-Supper, there shall be room. This Vision means well to Jerusalem. The walls of a city, as they defend it, so they straiten its inhabitants; but Jerusalem shall be extended as freely as if it had no walls at all, yet shall be as safe as if it had the strongest walls.

In the Church of God there yet is room for other multitudes, more than man can number. ‘None shall be refused who Trust in Christ. And He never shuts out from Heaven one TRUE MEMBER of the Church on Earth.’ God will be a Wall of Fire round them!’ – which can neither be broken through nor undermined, nor can it be assailed without danger to those who attack. THE GREAT SIFTING. ”And already the ax is lying at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire … His winnowing fan (shovel, fork) is in His hand, and He will thoroughly clear out and clean His threshing floor and gather and store His wheat in His barn, but the chaff He will burn up with fire that cannot be put out.” – MATTHEW 3:10, 12, AMPC

II. TEACHING: THERE’S A WAR ON!

I believe firmly that one of the primary reasons the American Church is such an historical failure is that it is possessed of what I shall call: “SPIRITUAL FLACCIDITY:” ‘The state or condition of lacking vigor or force.’ That is to say it refuses to believe there is a Battle to be Won. Or if it does, it has Redefined the Struggle atrociously, blaming the Unsaved for all the ills of Church and State!

This Church Blindness is due to several Contributing Factors: Insularity; Hubris; Delusion; or the Primary Cause – ‘STRANGE DOCTRINES.’

The Great Apostle wrote of this most severely in this way:

“For the time will come when people will not tolerate sound doctrine and accurate instruction [that challenges them with God’s truth]; but wanting to have their ears tickled [with something pleasing], they will accumulate for themselves [many] teachers [one after another, chosen] to satisfy their own desires and to support the errors they hold, and will turn their ears away from the truth and will wander off into myths and man-made fictions [and will accept the unacceptable] …

But even if we, or an angel from heaven, should preach to you a gospel contrary to that which we [originally] preached to you, let him be condemned to destruction! As we have said before, so I now say again, if anyone is preaching to you a gospel different from that which you received [from us], let him be condemned to destruction!” – 2 TIMOTHY 4:3-4; GALATIANS 1:8-9, AMP

THE AMERICAN JESUS. The most Seditious Doctrine from todays White American Church is its viciously twisted ‘Reconstruction’ of just who The Christ is. In a no-holds-barred excoriation of this American Sacrilege – for that is precisely what it is – DR. KRISTIN KOBES DUMEZ single-handedly destroys this Americanized Jesus.

In her disturbing yet deeply insightful book, ‘Jesus and John Wayne: How White Evangelicals Corrupted a Faith and Fractured a Nation’ (2020; edited), Du Mez takes deadly aim at these False Visions of our Messiah.

“Evangelicals hadn’t betrayed their values. DONALD TRUMP was the Culmination of their half-century-long pursuit of a Militant Christian Masculinity.He was the ‘Reincarnation of John Wayne,’ sitting tall in the saddle, a man who wasn’t afraid to resort to violence to bring order, who protected those deemed worthy of protection, who wouldn’t let Political Correctness get in the way of saying what had to be said or the Norms of Democratic Society keep him from doing what needed to be done.

Unencumbered by traditional Christian Virtue, he was a Warrior in the tradition (if not the actual physical form) of Mel Gibson’s William Wallace. He was a Hero for God-and-country Christians in the line of Barry Goldwater, Ronald Reagan, and Oliver North, one suited for Duck Dynasty Americans and American Christians. He was the latest and greatest High Priest of the Evangelical Cult of Masculinity.”

THE WRONG WAR. Thus, the ‘Barbarization of the Real War’ increasingly took on the form of ‘Posse Comitatus,’ defined chillingly by an AI Overview for fresh understanding of what Trump is doing via his ICE Brigades and National Guard for Domestic Policework.

‘Posse Comitatus’ is a Latin term meaning ‘Power of the county.’ In legal contexts, it refers to the historical practice of a Sheriff calling upon citizens to assist in law enforcement, particularly to maintain peace or pursue criminals. The Posse Comitatus Act [June 18, 1878; [June 18, 1878; U.S.C. § 1385], a US Federal law, restricts the use of the US military for domestic law enforcement purposes, with certain exceptions.”

Without a full dive into both the history and judicial weeds here, this illegal, Anti-Biblical Militarization of what constitutes a Paramilitary Secret Police in America for the first time is beyond chilling. It is terrifying, as ICE literally indeed “terrorizes” Latinos or any others who it suspects of being judged, without any due process: “Illegal.”

Make that read: “Undesirable!”

THE WRONG LAW. Yale Law School graduate and currently a nationally recognized authority on Presidential Emergency Powers, ELIZABETH “LIZA” GOITEIN is currently Senior Director of the Brennan Center’s Liberty and National Security Program. Here is what she has to say about Trump’s reckless and clearly Lawless Overreach.

The Point. While I am way out of my pay grade here, let us not lose the massive historic and theological issue here: ‘President Trump has effectively waged PHYSICAL WAR upon both illegal immigrants and all others he deems “Unacceptable” to the national welfare.’

Tragically, it is the AMERICAN CHURCH that is primarily responsible for these unprecedented devastations to both the United States Constitutional Order, but more gravely, to the Biblical Canon and the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thus, I can hear the Law, and the Prophets, and the Apostles cry out in unison to the God of all gods: “If the foundations are destroyed, what can the [unyieldingly] righteous do, or what has He [the Righteous One] wrought or accomplished?” – PSALM 11:3, AMPC

ONLY THIS: “Let us ‘HOLD FAST’ the confession of our hope without wavering, for He who promised is faithful.” – HEBREWS 10:23, NKJV

This a ‘Directive Word’ to us all as He delivered it to me via the name of a Coffee House by that name in dramatic terms the day I was nearly arrested by two policemen and a sheriff on Saturday, July 5, 2025, in front of a north-end Starbucks restaurant.

III. THE QUESTION: WHICH WAR?

The entire thrust of these recent Commentaries and those that will follow are therefore aimed at Calling us to His Account, starting with this teacher: ‘Which War Will You Engage: The Spiritual War for Souls, or the Political War for Power?

TWO GREAT WARS. I once again harken to my recent Theological Commitment to an essentially ‘Binary Gospel’ – i.e., There is Right and there is Wrong; There is Good and there is Evil; There is Truth and there is Error, period. Thus, my incessant Cry to all who would follow Jesus Christ:

“You are In, or you are Out; there is no Gray Zone!”

As a Proof-Text of this undeniable DOCTRINAL DUALISM is provided by Paul the Apostle once again:

“But you believers, [all you who believe in Christ as Savior and acknowledge Him as God’s Son] are not in spiritual darkness [nor held by its power], that the day [of judgment] would overtake you [by surprise] like a thief; for you are all sons of light and sons of day. We do not belong to the night nor to darkness. So then let us not sleep [in spiritual indifference] as the rest [of the world does], but let us keep wide awake [alert and cautious] and let us be sober [self-controlled, calm, and wise].” – 1 THESSALONIANS 5:4-6, AMPC

• ORIGINS OF THE REAL WAR. “The Fall of Satan. There must therefore have arrived in the Prehistoric Eternity ‘a Moment’ when this World-Prince of God renounced his allegiance to the Most High, and thereby changed from a ‘Lucifer,’ a ‘Lightbearer’ of the Divine Glory, into an ‘Adversary’ of God and a ‘Slanderer’ of His saints … From that time on A MIGHTY BREACH runs through the Cosmos, and an organized Opposing Kingdom of Evil confronts the Universal Kingdom of God (Matt. 12: 26). • ORIGINS OF THE FALSE WAR. “In the United States, the ‘Religious Right’ is a Political Movement, prominent since [YEAR 1979] that advocates social and political conservatism. Its agenda often includes attempts to ‘restore’ prayer in public schools, to ‘invalidate’ abortion on demand, and to ‘prohibit’ State recognition of same-sex marriage. Although these issues often appeal to fundamentalists of other religions, including conservative Roman Catholics, most of the recent leaders of this movement have been [White] Evangelical Christians … The present incarnation of the Religious Right was fueled early on by Jerry Falwell Sr. and a host of wealthy backers, who were concerned about what they perceived to be Moral Decline in America. As Falwell’s influence waned, including that of his political lobbying group, Moral Majority, other groups, such as the Pat Robertson-founded Christian Coalition, picked up the slack. However, the Christian Coalition eventually declined in influence as well, prompting Robertson to sever his ties with the group. PERSONAL NOTE. Two Things stand out to me very personally here: Since from the early 1980s God would have it that I would work for every single one of these Christian Leaders at Regent University (1983-2000), Focus on the Family (2000-2005), and Liberty University (2006-2016). I continue to ponder that reality to this day.

And Second (not to beat a dead horse issue here for any personal gain), but I find it darkly interesting that my would-be Trumpian Assassins now refer to me as “Duke,” which immediately brings to mind again, the nearly worshiped American Icon, John Wayne.

But here’s the thing. To throw a little gasoline on Dr. Du Mez’s righteous fire: Mr. Wayne was, among other things, a Draft Dodger from World War II. Here are a couple of historical truths that White America never owned up to. In the Era of John Wayne, or now, in the present Era of Donald Trump, Wayne’s unmistakable Legacy has fully arrived, consecrated in Wayne’s own words below.

“On race relations, Wayne said: ‘With a lot of blacks, there’s quite a bit of resentment along with their dissent, and possibly rightfully so. But we can’t all of a sudden get down on our knees and turn everything over to the leadership of the blacks. I believe in White Supremacy until the blacks are educated to a point of responsibility.’

On the history of America and its relationship to its Native peoples, he added: ‘I don’t feel we did wrong in taking this great country away from the indians. Our so-called stealing of this country from them was just a matter of survival. DARK SOUL. I am not exaggerating one little bit when I propose that John Wayne in many ways represents the very heart of White America. I recall losing a famous friend who at first exulted at the publication of my first book on The Sixth Seal (2017) ,but then was horrified at my turn against Donald Trump.

Her name is Dr. Bodie Theone of the famous series on The Zion Chronicles, whose lifestyle with her husband Dr. Brock Theone was described in Wikipedia like this: “They divide their time between London, Nevada, Hawaii, and Central California.” Where one might presume, they own or share property in each of those stylish provinces. 

Her life-long Hero: John Wayne.

IV. LAST THOUGHTS

Permit me to close on a vastly more Hopeful Idea from God Himself toward all Christians who would eschew the nonsense of an AMERICAN GOSPEL that has fabricated an ‘American Jesus’ in the Image of John Wayne and John Eldredge, or if you prefer, Jerry Falwell and Jimmy Swaggart. Or better, John Hagee and Joel Osteen.

You know, those Stalwarts who have perhaps unwittingly legitimized The Charge for some 40 years, to ignore America’s Domination of Blacks, Indians, and Mexicans, to now DOMINATE all American Institutions for the Glory of God!

Whether or not it is Humane to do so, or Constitutional, or Biblical. ‘Manifest Destiny’ must complete its Sacred Charge to ‘Take Dominion’ over all who do not believe in their Dark Vision for an All-White America!

THE CHOICE. To all those who courageously ‘Choose’ to Reject the False War and be willing to become a Soldier in the Real War. Who Volunteer in the Last Days Remnant Army, God Promises this.
