PRELIMINARY STUDY OF DANIEL’S TEN KINGDOMS AND DONALD TRUMP’S BOARD OF PEACE: SOME EARLY CONJECTURES (WITH VIDEO)

THEOLOGY

SCRIPTURE. “Then I desired to know the exact meaning of the FOURTH BEAST, which was different from all the others, exceedingly dreadful, with its teeth of iron and its claws of bronze, and which devoured, crushed, and trampled down the remainder with its feet, and the meaning of the TEN HORNS that were on its head, and the [LITTLE] HORN which came up, and before which three of the horns fell, namely, that horn which had eyes and a mouth uttering great boasts, and which was LARGER [‘Rab,’ רַ֥ב-‘great captain or chief’] in appearance than its associates. I kept looking, and that horn was waging war with the SAINTS and prevailing against them, until the ANCIENT OF DAYS came and judgment was passed in favor of the saints of the Highest One, and the time arrived when the saints took possession of the kingdom.

This is what he said: ‘The Fourth Beast will be a FOURTH KINGDOM on the earth which will be different from all the other kingdoms, and will devour the whole earth and trample it down and crush it. As for the Ten Horns, out of this Kingdom TEN KINGS will arise; and ANOTHER will arise after them, and he will be different from the previous ones and will humble three kings. And he will speak against the Most High and wear down the saints of the Highest One, and he will intend to make alterations in times and in law; and they will be handed over to him for a time, times, and half a time.^”– DANIEL 7:19-25, NASB

KEY TERM. “THE LITTLE HORN.” ‘Qeren’ [וְקַרְנָ֣א]: From two Hebrew root words originally meaning: “To push out or gore; then, a flask or cornet (by resemblance); an elephant’s tooth; ‘a hill or horn implying great power.’” Literally: “A brass instrument similar to ‘A TRUMPET,’ but with a more conical bore.” NOTE: “Ancient Near Eastern reliefs depict horns on crowns and helmets – ‘Signifying Might and Royal Prerogative.’ Trumpet-like horns announced decrees, battles, and worship rites. Daniel, writing in exile under Babylonian and Medo-Persian courts, employs this culturally loaded symbol to communicate God’s sovereign message within imperial contexts his audience knew well… ‘קֶרֶן in Daniel functions first as the literal BLAST compelling False Worship, then as the Emblem of Political Power arrayed against God.’ Both uses converge to proclaim Yahweh’s unchallenged Sovereignty and to spur His people toward steadfast, exclusive allegiance.”

QUOTATION. “PRESIDENT DONALD TRUMP is a man of mystery and intrigue whose destiny remains veiled. Horizontal relationships, be they associates, friends or even family members, are mostly unaware of his true ambitions. Opinions of the ‘Experts,’ political or otherwise, are of little value ― the Blind leading the blind. Trump may have thin skin, but the real person lies beneath an impenetrable veneer…

COMMENTARY. “‘And of the Ten Horns’…That is, Daniel desired to know the truth of the ten horns, or the meaning of them what they signified, and who they pointed at, of which in Daniel 7:7, here it is added, that were in his head; observing the situation of them; thought the Horns of a Beast could hardly be thought to be elsewhere.

‘And of the OTHER which came up, and before whom Three Fell.’ Particularly he was very desirous to know the meaning of a SINGLE HORN, which rose up among the rest, and before which Three of the other horns fell, being plucked up by the roots. ‘Even of that Horn that had eyes, and a mouth that spake very great things.’

THE QUESTION before the People of God, more narrowly, is: ‘Does the growing membership of President Donald Trump’s newly formed BOARD OF PEACE being assembled to oversee the rehabilitation of The Gaza Strip constitute the TEN KINGDOMS of the Biblical Prophet Daniel?’

Once again, a familiar Disclaimer: This subject is another first for this writer and as such is offered only as a broad and limited Introduction to a matter of the gravest and urgent importance for all students of Last Things. With that in mind, here is an apt summary offered by two sources: Wikipedia and AI Overview (ret. Feb. 2, 2026).

“The Board of Peace (BoP) is a United States Government-led organization established by Donald Trump for the stated purpose of: ‘Promoting Peacekeeping around the world. It is named in United Nations Security Council Resolution 2803 as a body tasked with overseeing the processes of the GAZA PEACE PLAN.’ The Board was proposed in September 2025 and formally established on the sidelines of the 56th World Economic Forum in January 2026.

Resolution 2803 welcomed the Board to aid with Reconstruction efforts in the Gaza Strip, via the National Committee for the Administration of Gaza (NCAG), and authorized it to deploy a ‘Temporary Peacekeeping Force’ (The International Stabilization Force (ISF), a United Nations-mandated Multinational Peacekeeping Force). Critics have argued that the Institution ‘bears little resemblance’ to what was envisioned under Resolution 2803; The Guardian described it as a ‘Pay-to-Play Club’ centered on Trump’s affairs rather than on the tasks at hand in the Gaza Strip, as it was revealed that invited countries would have to donate US$1 billion to the organization to renew their membership after the first three years.

As of 2026: 25 of the 62 invited countries have signed the Board’s Charter, but it has failed to gain support in the European Union (EU). Few national leaders have publicly accepted Trump’s invitations, nor said that they have paid for membership. ‘Experts and critics have said that Trump is trying to direct the BoP to be an alternative, where only HE has veto power, to the United Nations Security Council.”

III. DANIEL & THE DONALD

BACKGROUND. To prepare us for the deep dive into the “Informed Conjectures” core of the teaching today, I refer us to JOHN CALLAHAN’S excellent overview titled, “Is the Gaza Peace Plan in Biblical Prophecy?” (Never Thirsty, ret. Feb. 2, 2026; edited). Callahan is a lay theologian with degrees in mathematics and engineering.

OPEN. “Peace in the Middle East between Israel and its Arab neighbors has not existed since Israel returned to their Land on FRIDAY 14 MAY, 1948. On that Friday, a Ceremony was led by David Ben-Gurion during which he declared that Israel was once again a Nation. The Ceremony began at 4:00 pm before the British left. The Jewish Virtual Library reports that, After Ben-Gurion finished reading the declaration, Rabbi Maimon recited the Prayer, ‘Praised are You, Lord, our God, King of the Universe, for granting us life, for sustaining us, and for helping us to reach this day,’ to which the assembled responded, ‘Amen!’ Four hours later, Egypt bombed Tel Aviv. ‘The NEW STATE was recognized that night by the United States and three days later by the USSR.’”

DK FOOTNOTE. “‘The Nakba,’ which means ‘Catastrophe’ in Arabic, refers to the Mass Displacement and Dispossession of Palestinians during the 1948 Arab-Israeli War. ‘BEFORE the Nakba,’ Palestine was a multi-ethnic and multi-cultural society. OCTOBER 7 ATTACK. “[Since October 7, 2023, Israel has been at war with the Palestinian Sunni Islamist group Hamas (a U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization, or FTO), which led an attack that day from the Gaza Strip into Israel. More than 1,200 Israelis and foreign nationals (including 46 U.S. citizens in Israel) were killed on October 7, and Hamas and other groups also seized some 251 hostages]. From 2024 to 2025, Israel has been in constant Conflict with the Hamas Forces in the Gaza Strip. The conflict is known as the Gaza War. But on 12 October 2025, President Donald J. Trump announced that Peace in the Middle East had been reached between Israel and Hamas in Gaza…Palestinians rejoiced when Israel let out 250 Palestinian prisoners from Israeli jails and 1,700 Gazans arrested after Hamas’ Oct. 7, 2023, attack. [Trump said]: ‘This took 3,000 years to get to this point. Can you believe it?’ Trump said as he signed the Peace Agreement at a Ceremony in Egypt. ‘And it’s going to hold up, too. It’s going to hold up.’”

DANIEL’S PROPHECY. “The Prophecy about a Ten Nation Alliance is mentioned in Daniel 2:42-43 and again in Daniel 7:7-8. In Daniel 2:42-43, it is symbolized by an ‘Alliance of Ten Toes.’ Verse 42 says part of the Alliance will be strong and other parts of the Alliance will be weak. This is a good description of the Abraham Accords at this point in time. [DK: I believe that a Divided America is the Fourth Kingdom with Clay and Iron toes, effectively morphing into “Mystery Babylon,” and ruled by Antichrist]. Therefore, verse 43 tells us the Alliance will be brittle. And in that you saw the ‘Iron mixed with Common Clay,’ they will Combine with one another in the seed of men; but they will not adhere to one another, even as iron does not combine with pottery. Daniel 2:43 (NASB) The Symbolism is repeated in Daniel 7:7-8 and there it is referred to as Ten Horns.

Then Daniel 7:24 defines the Ten Horns as Ten Kings…These Ten Kings are also mentioned in Revelation 17:12, and there we are told they represent Ten Nations. We are also told in Daniel 7:8 that another Horn, called ‘THE LITTLE HORN,’ will arise and remove three of these kings and take control of the Alliance. That will leave just ‘Seven Nations [or Kings]’ and the Little Horn for a total of Eight Nations. That reveals the Little Horn will actually be a ‘very powerful King.’ This Horn will be THE ANTICHRIST. So at that point, the Alliance of Ten Nations will be reduced to seven nations and ‘ONE VERY POWERFUL NATION will control the Alliance.’ Next, Daniel 9:27 tells us that a Treaty or an Alliance will be made with Israel…But the Abraham Accords does not have Ten Nations [and they are Arab-Centric]…’So these Accords are NOT a fulfillment of the prophecies in Daniel 2, 7, and 9.’”

Whew! Now at this point I refer you to the judicious commentaries of Brother Paul who has done yeoman’s work on this Ten Member Confederation, while I am by comparison only a novice.

THE BOARD OF PEACE. Reminding all of you that these are self-confessed “Early Speculations,” we turn our somewhat riveted attentions to President Trump’s rapidly assembling Board of Peace as a core element of the larger, 20-Point Gaza Peace Plan.

Our instructor this time around will be ABBY PRIVETT, a young Charisma magazine staff writer and graduate of Regent University with master’s degrees in Communication and Journalism. Her piece is titled, “10 Kings, 1 Board and a Billion-Dollar Buy-In: Trump’s Peace Plan Goes Prophetic,” published recently on Jan. 19, 2026 (edited). She constructs a second possible Scenario that I found, well, worthy of our consideration.

OPEN. “‘Are we literally witnessing the End Times Revelation right in front of our eyes? President Donald Trump announced the members of his Board of Peace, who will help oversee the Restructuring of Gaza.’ The announcement came in a White House statement. ‘Trump is set to act as the CHAIRMAN of the Board.’

MEMBERSHIP. “The White House wrote: ‘To operationalize the Board of Peace’s Vision—under the chairmanship of President Donald J. Trump—a Founding EXECUTIVE BOARD has been formed, composed of leaders with experience across diplomacy, development, infrastructure, and economic strategy. The [SEVEN] Appointed Members are: Secretary Marco Rubio; Steve Witkoff; Jared Kushner; Sir Tony Blair; Marc Rowan; Ajay Banga; and Robert Gabriel.”

ADDITIONS. “[8] Aryeh Lightstone and [9] Josh Gruenbaum as Senior Advisors to the Board of Peace, charged with leading day-to-day strategy and operations, and translating the Board’s mandate and diplomatic priorities into disciplined execution. [10] H.E. Nickolay Mladenov, an Executive Board member, will serve as the High Representative for Gaza. In this capacity, he will act as the on-the-ground link between the Board of Peace and the NCAG. He will support the Board’s oversight of all aspects of Gaza’s governance, reconstruction, and development, while ensuring coordination across civilian and security pillars.”

SCRIPTURE. “The Bible warns that a time would come when the nations would seek ‘Peace and Security’ in the Middle East, only for sudden Destruction to follow (1 Thess. 5:3). ‘Scripture speaks of a Future World Order where Ten Rulers arise and play a role in establishing a Global Peace Framework in the Final Days’ (Dan. 7, Rev. 17) before ultimately handing over their power to a Charismatic World Leader—known in Scripture as ‘The Antichrist.’

CLOSE. “Whether Trump’s Board of Peace is the final manifestation or merely a precursor, the Biblical contours are unmistakable: ‘10 influential Seats, Middle East Diplomacy, Global Financing and a New International Order forming Over Israel’s Borders.’ If Revelation is a Roadmap, then the world is not drifting away from Biblical Prophecy—it is marching directly toward it.”

IN SUM. So at this point in early February 2026, the Abraham Accords have four effective signatories, and five others ‘in the wings,’ as it were (Bahrain, United Arab Emirates, Sudan, Morroco, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Kazakhstan, and Somaliland).

While the Abraham Accords figure prominently in the Last Days Countdown, they are not likely to constitute the 10 Nation Confederacy given their narrow focus on Middle East powers. The Ratification of the Treaty, however, is vital to our understanding of where we are in relation to the ‘Ignition of the Seven Year Tribulation.’

“And he shall ENTER INTO [‘gabar, וְהִגְבִּ֥יר-‘Confirm’] a strong and firm covenant with the many for one week [seven years]. And in the midst of the week he shall cause the sacrifice and offering to cease [for the remaining three and one-half years]; and upon the wing or pinnacle of abominations [shall come] one who makes desolate, until the full determined end is poured out on the desolator.” – DANIEL 9:27, AMPC

We now carefully consider what all these still somewhat disparate pieces of Trump’s Middle East Puzzle augur for the immediate future as events spiral rapidly toward a series of several Great and Apocalyptic Events.

‘Even the very End of the World as we have known it.’ Selah.

IV. LAST THOUGHTS

“[Therefore] Let no one deceive or beguile you in any way, for that day will not come except the apostasy comes first [unless the predicted great falling away of those who have professed to be Christians has come], and the MAN OF LAWLESSNESS (Sin) is revealed, who is the Son of Doom (of Perdition), who opposes and exalts himself so proudly and insolently against and over all that is called God or that is worshiped, [even to his actually] taking his seat in the temple of God, proclaiming that he himself is God.” – 2 THESSALONIANS 2:3-4, AMPC

THE END OF LAW. ‘The most important point we make today is that Donald Trump has uniquely brought to the United States and the entire World, CHAOS as we have never seen it before in all human history.’

And he’s just getting started, beloved.

A brief but incisive piece that sets us up nicely for the Conclusion of this essay is by a young journalist from the United Kingdom, EVIE SELBY, educated at the University of Lonon. The title of her work, “Trump’s New World Order: The End of International Law?” (Politics UK, Jan. 26, 2026; edited).

OPEN. “It is well known that New Year’s resolutions are often broken, but this year Donald Trump might have set the record for the fastest yet. Days after declaring that his 2026 Resolution was ‘Peace on Earth,’ the US President invaded a sovereign country and captured its president, threatened to annex an autonomous territory, and invited 60 Nations to join a US-led private members’ club seeking power in the Middle East. ‘2026 is already promising to be a more dramatic year than 2025.’”

HEGEMONY. [“Dominance”]. “Yet Trump is just the latest in a long line of American Presidents who, since the Nation’s Founding, have employed the tactics of ‘Gunboat Diplomacy and Economic Intimidation’ to further US interests while bulldozing over anyone who stood in their way. Although Trump’s style of Imperialism may not be new, what we are experiencing now is ‘The FRACTURING of an International Order’ that has shaped global relations since WWII, and with it, the sense of Security that has been taken for granted by too many of us for too long.”

HISTORY. “Following WWII, Principles of Self-Determination, Human Rights, and Collective Accountability were enshrined in global politics through international structures including the United Nations (1945), the Universal Declaration of Human Rights (1948), and NATO (1949). ‘Yet Trump’s declaration that “I don’t need international law,” only “my own morality, my own mind,” indicates that these institutions are no longer enough to constrain the ambitions of world leaders.’”

EMPIRE. “On January 5, 2026, US Homeland Security Advisor and deputy chief of staff for policy Stephen Miller posted: ‘Not long after World War II the West dissolved its empires and colonies, sending colossal sums of taxpayer-funded aid to those former territories (despite having already made them far wealthier and more successful).’ He described this as a kind of, ‘Reverse Colonization,’ declaring that ‘The “Neoliberal Experiment,” at its core, has been a long Self-Punishment of the places and peoples that built the Modern World.’”

OMINUM. [In Latin, ‘Ominum’ is the genitive plural form of the noun ‘ōmen.’ It translates to ‘of omens’ or ‘of signs,’ referring to: ‘Things that portend a Good or Evil Event in the future.’]. “Turning to the Middle East, Trump is also growing his ‘Board of Peace’ that was established to oversee the Ceasefire in Gaza but has transitioned into something far more concerning. ‘There is not a single mention of Gaza in the Board’s Charter, a Text that seems to be an attempt to replace the UN Charter of 1945. Rather than promote Self-Determination and Human Rights, Trump’s Charter bolsters him as an OMNIPOTENT CHAIRMAN with complete control over meetings and discussions.”

DK SUMMARY. ‘Notably again for emphasis, Trump’s BOARD OF PEACE appears to be at this Early Juncture of International history and politics the Signature Organization through which the he shall, as Antichrist, shall soon govern the entire Family of Nations.’ This on the heels of the Dismantling of NATO, and the concomitant codification of The Abraham Accords to control Middle East policy, appears to be in our immediate future, beloved.

Again, please take the following CONCLUSION as nothing more than a ‘Conversation Device.’ In the Year 1979, my life reached reached its absolute Nadir (Lowest Point) yet my career had reached its Zenith (Highest Point). To this point.

In February 1979, 100 communication scholars from across the country gathered at Asilomar Conference Grounds in California to honor Dr. Gregory Bateson. The conference, “Human Communication From the Interactional View,” featured Kenneth Burke, Paul Watzlawick, Heinz Von Foerster, John Weakland, Jerry Brown, and Gregory Bateson. The resulting book Rigor and Imagination: Essays from the Legacy of Gregory Bateson (Praeger, 1981), edited by Carol Wilder-Mott and John Weakland, received the 1982 NCA Golden Anniversary Book Award. Dr. Wilder-Mott was the Conference Organizer, and panelists were all primary participants in the conference. Each authored a chapter in Rigor and Imagination. Panelists will reflect on their experience of the conference and the impact of its ideas on themselves and on the discipline.

I was an invited scholar to that Conference, the very height of my career honors as an otherwise alcoholic, utterly lost and soon to commit suicide human being. The reason I bring all this up, was because I distinctly recall DR. HEINZ VON FOERSTER well into his 70s, this brilliant Austrian-American scientist combining physics and philosophy and cybernetician, jumping up on the table with an animated presentation on the stuff we were all there to discuss (the synthesis of Western Science with Eastern Mysticism toward an understanding of Human Interaction).

To our present discussion: I found this on February 3, 2026, in my research: “Physicist in 1960 Said World Would End in 2026. Here’s the Exact Date,” by SETH JACOBSON, USA Today, Dec. 6, 2025; edited. The physicist that the article was referring to:

Dr. Heinz von Foerster!

“Von Foerster’s date for Doomsday is not far away, falling on Friday November 13, 2026. He predicted this particular day back in 1960 when he made his claims in ‘Science.’ von Foerster essentially stated back in 1960 that the human race would die off because of ‘Infinite’ over-population, if it didn’t self destruct through nuclear war or other methods before then, which is clearly hasn’t. Von Foerster stated that his version of ‘Doomsday’ would happen when ‘the number of people goes to infinity, and the clever population annihilates itself..The most likely date for it is Friday, Nov. 13, A.D. 2026…

Humanity is at its closest yet to destroying itself, according to the Reset of the ‘Doomsday Clock’ at the start of 2025. The Symbolic Clock was then set to 89 seconds to midnight after advancing one second in 2024. Originally, the Clock was initiated in 1947 to measure the danger of Nuclear Disaster. In the past two decades, three other areas of concern have been added: Climate Change, Artificial Intelligence and Mis-and-Disinformation…

“When you’re at this precipice, the one thing you don’t want to do is take a step forward,” [physicist, cosmologist and U of Chicago professor] Dr. Dan Holz told USA Today at the beginning of 2025. ‘We’re saying that given what’s happened over the PAST YEAR [2025], we haven’t seen the sort of progress we need. And in some areas of our concern, things have GOTTEN WORSE. Therefore, the clock is moving forward.’”
