COMMENTARY. “‘Those who understand the First Beast to denote a worldly power, take the Second to be also a persecuting and assumed power, which acts under the Disguise of Religion, and of Charity to the souls of men. It is a SPIRITUAL DOMINION, professing to be derived from Christ, and exercised at first in a gentle manner, but soon spake like the Dragon. Its speech betrayed it; for it gives forth those False Doctrines and Cruel Decrees, which show it to belong to the Dragon, and not to the Lamb.’

It exercised all the power of the Former Beast. It pursues the same design, to draw men from worshipping the True God, and to subject the souls of men to the will and control of men. The Second beast has carried on its designs, by methods whereby men should be deceived to worship the Former Beast, in the New Shape, or Likeness made for it. By ‘Lying Wonders,’ pretended miracles. It is made a qualification for ‘Buying and Selling,’ as well as for places of Profit and Trust, that they oblige themselves to use all their interest, power, and endeavour, to forward the Dominion of the Beast, which is meant by receiving his Mark. To make an Image to the Beast, whose deadly wound was healed, would be to give form and power to his worship, or to require Obedience to his Commands. To worship the Image of the Beast implies ‘Being subject to’ those things which stamp the character of the picture, and render it the Image of the Beast.

The number of the beast is given, so as to show the infinite Wisdom of God, and to exercise the wisdom of men. The number is the number of a man, computed after the usual manner among men, and it is 666. What or who is intended by this, remains a Mystery. “Donald Trump’s flagging presidential bid is enjoying a boost of that Old-Time Religion after Conservative Christian Leaders gave the candidate high praise and ‘standing ovations’ at a critical closed-door meeting that one observer described as a ‘Campaign Rally.’ Trump would look back on the June 21 [2016] Meeting as ‘The Seminal Event and Turning Point in taking you to the Presidency,’ former Arkansas Gov. Mike Huckabee, a Baptist and Trump backer who moderated the talks, told the presumptive Republican nominee in front of nearly 1,000 mainly Evangelical Leaders gathered at a Times Square hotel.

Huckabee’s remarks were among the many enthusiastic comments about Trump that leaked throughout the day on social media and elsewhere. ‘Mr. Trump is a bold and fearless leader who will take the fight to our enemies and to the radical Islamic terrorists, whether they attack in San Bernardino, Orlando or Paris,’ the Rev. Jerry Falwell Jr., President of Liberty University in Virginia and a longtime Evangelical Trump supporter, said in his speech at the Unprecedented Event. PROJECT 2025.  In April 2023, the Heritage Foundation published what would prove to be the most revolutionary political manifesto since the Declaration of Independence 1776. On reflection, we might well and accurately rename it to America’s Declaration of Subservience of 2026.

This Summary is adapted from educator and writer WILL RAGLAND and attorney JOE RADOSEVICH in their admittedly left-leaning piece published in the Center for American Progress (July 8, 2024; edited). Their title: “Project 2025: The Plan To Seize Power by Gutting America’s System of Checks and Balances.”

• OPEN. “‘The Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025 is a ROAD MAP for how a new Far-Right Presidential Administration can take over the country.’ The Project contains Four Components: (1) A 920-page book with Far-Right policy proposals; (2) A Personnel Database of Loyalists ready to replace tens of thousands of civil servants; (3) A private online Training Center; (4) An Unpublished Plan for the first 180 days of a New Administration.”

• SCOPE. “‘Many of the proposals in Project 2025 are sweeping and would ELIMINATE fundamental personal freedoms while CUTTING the take-home pay of millions of Americans.’ Unsurprisingly, Project 2025’s policies to increase taxes on the middle class, allow corporations to stop paying workers overtime, implement a national abortion ban, and raise the retirement age for Social Security are wildly unpopular.”

• DECONSTRUCTION. “‘That is why the most striking aspect of Project 2025 is a new strategy to GUT the System of Checks and Balances that has long protected Americans’ personal freedoms.’ This strategy would concentrate power in the hands of the President—and set in motion a plan to flood the Civil Service with far-right loyalists to seize control of independent agencies. ‘It is a Playbook written for an Authoritarian Administration.’ This ‘New Vision’ would make it even harder for the American people to have a say in their Government or oppose policies they disagree with.”

• PURGE. “‘First, Project 2025 calls for RECLASSIFYING tens of thousands of Civil Servants as political appointees, seeking to strip them of Civil Service labor protections and enabling a President to REPLACE them with political loyalists.’ Experts whom Americans rely on to stay out of politics and serve the public, such as engineers and scientists, could lose their jobs. The same goes for attorneys whose jobs it is to ensure politicians and bureaucrats do not break the law or violate Americans’ rights. Project 2025 includes a DATABASE to help the President REPLACE these independent civil servants with people who have pledged their loyalty to one political ideology instead of to the American people as a whole.”

• LAWLESSNESS. “‘Second, Project 2025 would END the independence of the FBI and the U.S. Department of Justice, weakening the Rule of Law.’ Today, the FBI investigates and exposes white collar crime and corruption across the country without political interference, which means law enforcement can hold politicians and the wealthy accountable when they break the law. Under Project 2025, people with enough money or political influence could be placed above the Law at the whim of a President. Even worse, Project 2025 would give the President the power to use all the resources of the federal government to investigate and prosecute whomever he or she wants—including political opponents. The extremist Right-Wing MAGA-controlled Supreme Court’s recent decision in Trump v. United States [603 U.S. 593 2024] would allow this Radical Departure from American Values, granting Presidents sweeping immunity for official acts and allowing the President to direct decisions around all Federal investigations and prosecutions.”

• CLOSE. “‘The Plan would also ELIMINATE the independence of Agencies that protect consumers and ensure businesses can compete fairly in THE ECONOMY,’ such as the Federal Trade Commission and the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.” DK NOTE: It is important to point out that once The Plan exercises total control over “Buying and Selling,” it then holds an iron grip on the life and death essentials of what citizens require to simply survive.

III. THE PLAN

For the 2027–2030 Timeframe, President Donald Trump and tech billionaire Elon Musk have AGGRESSIVE PLANS that will span all Federal Spending, Commercial Space Expansion, Defense Automation, and Advanced Artificial Intelligence. Though The Plan will be based in the United States, it clearly has Global Aspirations toward an entirely NEW WORLD ORDER.

1. Government Downsize and Efficiency. While Musk led the Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) through mid-2026—overseeing massive layoffs and federal cuts before stepping back after admitting he ‘got carried away’—the structural footprint of their collaboration continues to shape the administration’s multi-year agenda. The administration’s Fiscal Year 2027 Budget sets the groundwork for their ‘Financial Vision through the end of the decade’
2. Slashing Non-Defense Spending: The 2027 budget executes a ‘10% CUT to non-defense discretionary levels’ compared to 2026. This includes eliminating programs linked to the Green New Deal and cutting funding across Health and Human Services, Labor, Agriculture, and Housing and Urban Development.
3. Boosting Defense and Law Enforcement: In contrast to non-defense cuts, Trump’s 2027 framework shifts resources heavily toward security, calling for $1.5 trillion in Defense Funding (a 44% increase over 2026 proposals) and over $19 billion for Federal Law Enforcement.
4. Commercial Space Dominance (Target: 2028–2030). Trump signed a sweeping Executive Directive specifically targeting space infrastructure, directly benefiting Musk’s core enterprises.
5. 1,000 Annual Launches: The Administration has mandated Federal Agencies to scale up infrastructure and clear bureaucratic hurdles to accommodate 1,000 Commercial Space Launches and re-entries annually by 2030.
6. The Moon and Mars: The plan establishes a Timeline to return U.S. astronauts to the moon by 2028, construct initial elements of a permanent moon base by 2030, and leverage commercial transportation (like SpaceX) for robotic exploration on Mars.

10. Autonomous Warfare: This initiative includes the creation of AUTOWARCOM (Autonomous Warfare Command), establishing dedicated military career paths tailored specifically for autonomous and robotic combat systems.
11. Transition to “Super Intelligence” (SI) The Trump administration has formally abandoned the term “Artificial Intelligence” in favor of “Super Intelligence” (SI).
12. National Accord: Following an Executive Order requiring all Federal Agencies to adopt the “SI” terminology, Musk aligned his businesses with the Administration by officially ‘RENAMING’ SpaceX’s AI unit to “SpaceX SI”

DARK VISION. The “Dark Vision” or Worldview associated with ELON MUSK—often analyzed by historians and critics under terms like “Muskism” or “Fortress Futurism”—depicts a NEW WORLD ORDER driven by unchecked Corporate Sovereignty, Algorithmic Control, and Survivalist Space-Age Feudalism. Rather than a Globalist New World Order in the traditional sense, Musk’s Worldview often aligns with a more localized, right-leaning Defensive Futurism. As detailed by critics and commentators, he views Western Democracy as fragile and highly vulnerable to internal collapse, illegal immigration, and ‘Woke’ cultural ideologies. – AI Overview, ret. IV. LAST THOUGHTS: RUBICON

THE MIDTERMS. I close with a few moving remarks from lawyer ROBERT RUBIN, in his essay titled, “In Six Decades of Public Life, I Never Thought I Would Write This Piece.” Published in the New York Times as an Op-Ed piece just a few days ago on October 21, 2026 (edited).

“‘There is a chance — some would argue a likelihood — that The Midterms will proceed smoothly and honestly, with the winners seated in a straightforward manner. There is also the possibility that the Election will be, like so much else over the past two years, Chaotic at best and LAWLESS at worst.’ From amplifying false claims of fraud and slashing defenses against foreign meddling in our elections to attempting to bully states into using an error-prone database to purge voter registrations, The Trump Administration has already thrown up obstacles to fair and free Midterm Elections.

‘There are widespread fears Mr. Trump and his allies could go further, including by sending armed Federal Agents to polling locations, seizing ballot boxes and exploiting a procedural loophole involving the clerk of the House that could enable them to refuse to seat duly elected Democratic members when the new Congress convenes on Jan. 3.’”

I reviewed a number of thoughtful essays reinforcing the conventional idea that even a partially disabled Constitutional American Order would engage any Presidential attempt to delegitimize the Midterm Election results. As with Mr. Rubin’s Lamentation.

But I take a Darker View, because I believe President DONALD TRUMP is the Biblical Antichrist, and further, that he is now coupled with ELON MUSK as Pilot and Copilot in a series of Last Moves to Destroy Civilization and create, again, a New Order in their own image.

In that conviction, not finding any publications dire enough to illustrate my grave concerns about The Midterms, I found one lone author’s thoughts who goes by the online pseudonym, TRAJAN CAESAR (Reddit, 2024; edited).

Therefore, let’s all PRAY for Order to be somehow honored and established but PREPARE for the Disorder that I believe is chillingly likely to take place from 2027-2030.

“There will be a Blue Wave for Democrats in 2026, but Donald Trump will accuse the Chinese and Venezuela for election fraud, and will attempt to cancel the elections. The sparks outrage among the Blue States, who immediately unite, and declare the Federal Government illegitimate.

Eventually both Left-Wing, and Right-Wing Militias get involved in the fighting, and the country tears itself apart along political, ethnic, and sectarian lines. Neo-Nazis and Neo-Confederates take over towns all across the Southern United States. Reimplementing Segregation or outright commit ‘Genocide against Non-Whites.’ Christian Nationalist Militias take over parts of Florida, and Texas. Throwing homosexuals and trans people off of building, as though they are ISIS 2.0.

Some extremist groups even tie up ‘Rebellious Women’ and burn them alive as a form of honor killings. Along the Coasts, Anarchists and Communists set up their own Communities or take over towns in attempts to create new Socialist States across America. The US military is divided between support for the President, and the people. Some Generals carve out their own military juntas. All culminating in [years] of Warfare, and the Fragmentation of the United States into about a dozen smaller countries that all hate each other with a burning passion.”

JESUS WARNS. “I have come to cast fire (judgment) on the earth; and how I wish that it were already kindled! I have a baptism [of great suffering] with which to be baptized, and how [greatly] I am distressed until it is accomplished! Do you suppose that I came to grant peace on earth? No, I tell you, but rather DIVISION [between true believers and unbelievers]; for from now on five in one household will be divided [over Me], three against two and two against three.
