
PRÉCIS ON A SHOUT OF GRACE JUST BEFORE NIGHTFALL [WITH VIDEO]
SCRIPTURE. “Seek the Lord [inquire for Him, inquire of Him, and require Him as the foremost necessity of your life], all you humble of the land who have acted in compliance with His revealed will and have kept His commandments; seek righteousness, seek humility [inquire for them, require them as vital]. It may be you will be hidden in the day of the Lord’s anger.” – ZEPHANIAH 2:3, AMPC
KEY TERM: “MEEK.” ‘Anav’ [עָנָו]: “From a root word meaning, ‘self-chastened;’ exercises force with gentleness; submitted; depressed or afflicted of mind or circumstance; needy, as with ‘saintly;’ poor, lowly; mild of temper; soft; gentle; not easily provoked or irritated; yielding; given to forbearance under injuries [but not wickedness].”

COMMENTARY. “‘The Prophet calls to national repentance,’ as the only way to prevent national ruin. A nation not desiring, that has not desires toward God, is not desirous of His favour and grace, has no mind to repent and reform. Or, not desirable, not having any thing to recommend them to God; to whom God might justly say, ‘Depart from me!’ But He says, ‘Gather together to Me that you may seek My face.’
We know what God’s Decree will bring against impenitent sinners, therefore it highly concerns all to Repent in the accepted time. DK. I have written of it so many times, beloved: ‘Only the humble and contrite and obedient shall see God and rise in the Rapture!’ Although rarely if ever taught from our Pulpits in America today, the Scriptures are indelibly clear – no matter what label you wear.
“But as for the cowards and unbelieving and abominable [who are devoid of character and personal integrity and practice or tolerate immorality], and murderers, and sorcerers [with intoxicating drugs], and idolaters and occultists [who practice and teach false religions], and all the liars [who knowingly deceive and twist truth], their part will be in the lake that blazes with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.” – REVELATION 21:8, AMP
It is so very simple, but as we look around the entire Nation and Church so filled with corruption and moral neutrality everywhere, it is apparently nearly impossible for the great majority to understand and obey this. “Obey” being the operational term that separates sheep from goats, wheat from chaff, the true versus the false.
So does a still gracious God offer a hand of peace to those who at this very Late Hour would take hold of it. Most will not. Only a few will. Please, He adjures you: Be among the Remnant, beloved, and live!
