PRÉCIS ON THE BRUTALITIES OF ISRAEL & AMERICA: THE IGNITION OF WORLD WAR III & THE BIBLICAL REMNANT – (WITH VIDEO)

1. THEOLOGY

SCRIPTURE. “And Isaiah calls out (solemnly cries aloud) over Israel: ‘Though the number of the sons of Israel be like the sand of the sea, only THE REMNANT (a small part of them) will be saved [from perdition, condemnation, judgment]! For the Lord will execute His sentence upon the earth [He will conclude and close His account with men completely and without delay], rigorously cutting it short in His justice.’

It is as Isaiah predicted, ‘If the Lord of hosts had not left us a seed [from which to propagate descendants], we [Israel] would have fared like Sodom and have been made like Gomorrah.’” – ROMANS 9:27-29, AMPC

• “THE REMNANT.” ‘Kataleimma’ [κατάλειμμα]: “A few that are left behind or held in reserve; lit., ‘The Remainder.’” NOTE: “Κατάλειμμα denotes what remains after others have been removed—what is deliberately preserved rather than lost. ‘The word therefore carries the double notion of Scarcity and Divine Intention: something small in quantity yet precious in God’s Plan.’”

• THE PRINCIPLE. “For many are called (invited and summoned), but FEW [‘Oligos’ [ὀλίγοι], ‘the smallest in extent, number or time’] are chosen” (MATTHEW 22:14, AMPC). NOTE: “While indeed ‘many are called’ to the Gospel-Feast, it will be manifest by their disregarding it, there are ‘but few chosen’ in such a sense as finally to partake of its blessings. COMMENTARY. “‘A remnant shall be saved’ – Meaning a ‘REMNANT ONLY.’ This implies that great multitudes of them would be ‘cast off,’ and ‘be not saved.’ If only a Remnant was to be saved, many must be lost; and this was just the point which the Apostle was endeavoring to establish. ‘The word “Remnant’ means WHAT IS LEFT, particularly what may remain after a Battle or a Great Calamity’ [designed to test and ‘sift’] 2 Kings 19:31; 2 Kings 10:11; Judges 5:11; Isaiah 14:22. In this place, however, it means a small part or portion. Out of the great multitude there shall be SO FEW LEFT, as to make it proper to say that it was a “Mere Remnant.’” This implies, of course, that the Great Mass should be cast away or rejected’ …

‘Shall be saved’ – Shall be ‘Preserved’ or ‘Kept from’ destruction. As Isaiah had reference to the captivity of Babylon. This means that ‘Only a Remnant should return to their Native Land.’ TheGreat Mass should be rejected and cast off. Let’s get straight to the point: China has Taiwan in its sights and Russia is already looking beyond Ukraine in their adventurist pursuit of geopolitical expansion by any means necessary. But ISRAEL AND AMERICA, the ostensible Lights of Biblical Order to the entire World, now surpass China and Russia in their mutually violent pursuit of Unquestioned Domination over their presumed respective Spheres of desired Sovereignty.

A World Order turned explosively and bloodily upside down in just a few years from just two men: Donald Trump and Benjamin Netanyahu, the ‘NEW HEGEMONS’ of the Western World.

WESTERN WAR HAWKS. “‘In politics, the terms “War Hawk” and “Hawk” describe a person who favours starting armed conflicts or escalating ongoing ones instead of attempting to solve problems through diplomacy or other nonviolent methods.’ Hawkish individuals are the opposite of ‘War Doves,’ who advocate negotiations and peaceful settlements to resolve disputes and view the option of going to war as one to be avoided by any means unless absolutely necessary.

THE IRAN WAR. Of all the dangerous (some say reckless) military assaults launched by part of the so-called “Free World” in recent memory, The America-Israel War in Iran must be ranked at the very top.

For some astute analysis of this complex operation, we turn to DAN GRAZIER, Senior Fellow and program director at the Stimson Center, an American award-winning think tank. He is a former Marine Corps Captain who served tours of duty in Iraq and Afghanistan. His assignments in uniform included tours with 2nd Tank Battalion in Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, and 1st Tank Battalion in Twentynine Palms, California.

Here his MAIN IDEAS from an article titled, “Are We On The Precipice of World War III?” published in Responsible Statecraft, on March 12, 2026 (edited). This is exceptionally insightful stuff from an experienced combat veteran and officer, beloved, so please do pay attention.

• OPEN. “Shortly after U.S. and Israeli bombs and missiles began falling in Tehran, Iranian missiles flew in all directions at U.S. bases in Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey, and others. The people living in these countries were justifiably terrified, which was a likely objective of those Iranian leaders who survived the first assaults. Tehran’s strategy may be to persuade America’s regional allies to reconsider their security alliances.”

• UNPREDICTABLITY. “Imagine ‘A Chart’ [as with a ‘Spaghetti Chart’ once foolishly constructed in previous wars] depicting the World’s alliances, treaties, trade agreements, cultural bonds, and religious ties today. It would be so complex that no one could fully understand how everything fits together and interacts. Should one player choose to escalate the conflict, there is no telling who else might get involved. In an ‘Age of nuclear weapons on hairpin triggers,’ events can rapidly spin out of control before any of the key players has a chance to truly understand what is really happening. ‘Our Civilization could end in minutes, and it will only be a matter of luck if any human beings survive. If any people do survive, it is likely that they will never really know precisely how the End of the World started.’”

• WAR. “‘Consider this as well: We may already be in the Beginning Stages of a Global War. Victor Davis Hanson wrote about how World War II only looks like World War II in hindsight. For the people living through it, especially in the beginning, World War II looked like a series of rather ordinary border conflicts and territorial conquests. The Japanese invaded Manchuria in 1931 and then further expanded the conflict with China in 1937. Italy invaded Ethiopia in 1935. Germany remilitarized the Rhineland in 1936, annexed Austria in 1938, and occupied the Sudetenland six months later.”

• PRECIPICE. Today, Russia is still fighting in Ukraine. Gaza remains an open wound. The United States captured the president of Venezuela in an audacious military raid. Now the Iranian regime has been decapitated, but the remaining officials appear bent on provoking a ‘Larger War’ by lashing out at every country in the region that hosts U.S. military facilities. This raises the UNCOMFORTABLE QUESTION: ‘Are we now on the Precipice of the next Pearl Harbor Moment?’”

• OIL! “With the capture of President Maduro in Venezuela, the United States disrupted the flow of oil to China. Now, with the fall of the Islamic Republic of Iran, China appears poised to lose another important source of oil. ‘Does anyone remember what prompted the Japanese to strike the American Pacific Fleet and then declare war against the United States? Those who answered the loss of access to key commodities, OIL, due to actions by the United States responded correctly.’”

• NOTE. “‘The world’s oil stockpiles are depleting very fast,’ the head of the International Energy Agency has warned. Faith Birol, executive director of the Paris-based agency, said commercial reserves were being rapidly drained as oil and gas shipments from the Middle East continue to be blocked by the War in Iran.” – Chris Price & Tom Haynes, The Telegraph, May 19, 2026; edited

• UNKNOWABILITY. “‘No leader in any country today has any experience with War on a Global Scale.’ World War II ended more than 80 years ago. The relatively few remaining World War II veterans are all centenarians or soon will be. ‘No one can truly know how the next World War will unfold.’ If, by some miracle, the next war is not fought with nuclear weapons, it is still impossible for anyone to know for certain how a Conventional War between Superpowers will be fought.”

• CONTEMPLATION. “‘Policymakers around the world must take the Time to Reflect on the State of the World today. We may be living through the early days of what future historians will call World War III.’ Of course, that depends on there being any future historians. With every bomb dropped, every missile fired, and every warship torpedoed, events creep ever closer to the single jostle, the 21st century Sarajevo, to topple the fragile network. ‘It will only take one minor miscalculation, one bomb to miss and fall on another country’s embassy, one airliner to be accidentally shot out of the sky, or any other of a million incidents to trigger an escalation leading to a full nuclear exchange.’”

• CONCLUSION. “‘There may be time left to prevent such a Scenario.’ The Administration and the U.S. Military deserve credit for planning and executing two spectacular displays of martial prowess in less than two months. But they should also bear in mind that victory is far from guaranteed. Luck, fate, and the enemy have a say in the outcome of any conflict. It is easy to believe that modern military technology has eliminated war’s uncertainty. But war will always remain a human endeavor, serving human ends. ‘The Administration must bring the current operation with Iran to a QUICK END. It can celebrate its successes but should not push their luck any further. Every military operation is the geostrategic version of Russian Roulette.’”

THE POINT. The entire World is teetering on the Edge of the Unthinkable again, as with the Cuban Missile Crisis of October 1962. One Major Difference: JOHN F. KENNEDY was President, closely aided by his equally brilliant brother, Robert F. Kennedy (Sr.). And Nikita Kruschev was the Russian, somewhat reasonable, partner.

Today: The Madman DONALD TRUMP and his Secretary of War, Pete Hegseth, are calling the shots. Alongside foreign partners Benjamin Netanyahu and Iranian leader, Mojtaba Khamenei, the Ayatollah’s son. I mean: What could possibly go wrong?

Everything, beloved! Everything.

1. THE REMNANT’S CALL

In response to all this American and Israeli Mayhem, we must address a CENTRAL QUESTION: ‘What Does Jesus Christ REQUIRE of His True Followers at Such a Time as This?’ With a Nation nearly in Freefall and a World spinning centrifugally outside its decades-long political guardrails, we simply must Confront the Reality.

The Answer shall indisputably DETERMINE the Future of the Planet, the Sovereignty of God notwithstanding it.

WHAT IS “THE REMNANT?” After another Internet sweep of many articles addressing the idea of a Biblical Remnant, I settled upon a somewhat unconventional treatment by an equally unconventional author. WILLIAM R. KIMBALL describes himself in this way.

“I have served the body of Christ for nearly six decades as a Bible teacher, missionary, and author. [of a large number of books]. I served in Vietnam as an infantryman with the 1st Air Calvary Division in1968. I am happily married with two daughters, two grand-daughters, and two great-grandsons. I currently live in Denmark as an American Expat where I continue to write and challenge God’s people and the Contemporary Church.”

I don’t even know if he went to college, but I loved his essay, titled: “The Defining Traits of God’s Last Days Remnant” (The Watchman’s Word, May 20, 2023; edited). NOTE: This author is not to be confused with Nathan Leal’s “Watchman’s Cry,” a false teacher with a rather large YouTube following.

I shall label this section: ‘The Call to Radical Christianity.’

• ONE. ‘They detest the Spirit of self-promotion, spiritual posturing, celebrity worship, self-serving agendas, and the pretentious display of church status and titles.’ They are not seeking self-promotion, stardom or a fan following in any form but are content to faithfully serve God in the same anonymity as the 7,000 of Elijah’s day.

• TWO. ‘They have a well-developed sense of ‘Spiritual Discernment’ when it comes to any degree of spiritual B.S., falsehood, or self-seeking – even if when it is being used to promote something good.

• THREE. ‘They reject the Spirit of self-righteousness, self-rightness and elitism.’ The notion of a self-righteous remnant is the antithesis of the true spirit of His remnant.

• FOUR. ‘They reject the spirit of Manmade Hype’ – whether it is Church driven hype, fad driven hype, pastoral hype, purpose driven hype, sensational movement hype, worship hype, prayer hype, formula hype, program hype, entertainment hype, conference hype, seminar hype, special speaker hype, best-seller hype, how-to hype, revival hype, end-time hype, conspiracy hype, heresy hype, political hype, “NAR” hype, or any other form of emotionally fueled hype.

• FIVE. ‘They have no remnant headquarters or remnant meccas like Bethel, Redding, Ft. Lauderdale, Toronto, Kansas City or anywhere else.’ Instead, they are following in the same pioneering steps of Father Abraham in his quest to find that Heavenly City made without hands. Like him, we have come out of our old familiar surroundings even though, like him: “We don’t know where we are going,” (Hebrews 11:8), ‘but we continue forward in steadfast faith and uncompromising conviction.’

• SIX. ‘They reject the widespread Paganization of Christianity that has been enshrined, arbitrarily sanctified, and institutionalized in the cherished traditions of the Established Church’ – Since the beginnings of the Post-Constantine church.

• SEVEN. ‘They reject the Nicolaitan Spirit that permeates Churchianity’ (spiritual adultery, dominion, and idolatry) by separating the Clergy from the Laity (Elitism) and creating artificial distinctions between the average saint and a special caste of Professional Ministers.

• EIGHT. ‘They reject the dynamics of “Innovative Tampering” with God’s Word and Will and the insatiable desire to come up with something new and exciting.’ They refuse to embrace the cutting-edge novelties and human know-how that drives the same Oxcart Mentality of King David.

• NINE. ‘They have responded to the Seriousness of God’s worldwide call to “Come out of her!’” They realize that God is calling a Remnant of simple believers out of Churchianity with its denominational smorgasbord and all the manmade nonsense, traditions and empty forms of Godliness that is widely embraced as authentic Christianity.

• TEN. ‘They understand that though God may have “winked at” [‘hupereidon’ (ὑπεριδὼν), ‘overlooked’] the ignorance of Churchianity in the past (Acts 17:30), He is no longer doing so and will not tolerate the Spirit of Complacency and business as usual any longer.’ It’s time to come out without any exceptions, waivers, excuses or exemptions.

• ELEVEN. ‘Their Decision is one of the heart and the head even if their Decision means that they may have to stand apart and alone in their convictions.’ They understand that our gathering together is important but not as important as having to Compromise their convictions in order to get along or settle for an anemic form of unity.

• TWELVE. ‘They understand that our gathering together is not a call to go to church or assemble in a church building but can be in many settings’ – from a small gathering in a house church to a coffee house, from a gathering in a park or a restaurant. It can be as small as two or three gathering together ‘In His Name’ wherever they find themselves.

• THIRTEEN. ‘They do not believe that God has called us to a relentlessly demanding yoke of performance-based servitude or a purpose driven lifestyle.’ His call is one of that exemplifies “Mary” far more than that of “Martha” (Luke 10:38-40). They understand that it is in the spirit of humble servitude we are called to serve – not in the spirit of self-assertiveness, self-empowerment, or the spirit of ambition. It is this humble lowliness of mind that we are called to walk rather than the self-striving spirit of this world. Simply put, it is: ‘The inward Quality of Excellence’ that is not driven by self at all. It is lifetime learning experience where we learn how to rest in Him, trust in Him, and wait upon Him for his leading and His timing and not our own ways and understanding.

• FOURTEEN.  ‘They have come to understand that though they are told in no uncertain terms to “Come out!” God has not told us where to go.’ He has purposely left that part of His call somewhat vague and open-ended for a specific reason. ‘He has left their “Post-Churchianity” Destination purposely vague and indeterminate because He wants a radical change of direction that only He can provide.’ He wants us to focus upon Him and the leading of the Holy Spirit. He is calling us out for a reason and to a destination. It is not so much to a “where” but to a “Who” – namely, “HIM!” Their number one priority and destination is to Him and His Word.

• FIFTEEN. ‘They realize that we are called to live out our Faith as His Church 24/7.’  They also recognize that the Authentic  (Remnant) Church is comprised of saints wherever they are because they are the living stones which comprise His Church. And not some designated church building, holy place, cathedral or temple made with hands.

• SIXTEEN. ‘Those who are hearing His Call to “Come out” from all of the spiritual nonsense in Churchianity can expect to become a Pariah in the eyes of fellow churchgoers.’ They can expect to be blackballed and blacklisted as those who are “Unwanted – Dead or Alive.” Theywill often be marginalized, criticized, ostracized, condemned, and labeled because of the stand they have taken. The age-old tactic of killing the messenger to silence the message is often employed by labeling them as bitter malcontents, radical, contentious, backslidden, sowers of discord, unforgiving, unloving and church haters.

DK. As I reviewed these no-nonsense descriptions qua requirements of the Biblical Remnant in the Last Days, I began to understand that our choices of which “Jesus” to follow reduce to Binary Options, beloved.

1. LAST THOUGHTS: TWO CHOICES

ANTICHRIST’S NATIONALIST CHURCH. President Trump’s “Rededicate 250” Rally on the National Mall on May 17, 2026, drew thousands of Americans and many self-proclaimed Christians for a blend of “Conservative” Christianity and Patriotic celebration. The nine-hour event faced backlash for blurring Church-State lines, while Donald Trump’s decision to play golf rather than attend in person sparked further debate.

The featured speakers included Cabinet members Pete Hegseth and Marco Rubio, and Evangelical leaders like Franklin Graham—focusing on the Nation’s “Judeo-Christian Heritage” and a return to Religious Values ahead of the U.S. Semiquincentennial this coming July 4, 2026.

The sparsely attended event was supposed to be highlighted by the President’s reading from 2 Chronicles 7:11-14 – by video – which indeed did not play well with even members of his base. By all reasonable standards, it was a resounding failure laced with emptied Scriptures and the forbidden Syncretism of combining the Sacred with the Secular.

CHRIST’S REMNANT CHURCH. An AI Overview (ret. May 19, 2026; edited) does a nice job of summarizing the excellent work of Mr. Kimball and a number of other Biblical treatments of the true and authentic Remnant Church. As with The Graphic I carefully selected: ‘We are to be most characterized by RESCUERS, Spiritual First Responders if you will, who “Run to the Fire” rather than away from it.’

“Running to the Fire” embodies the idea that a true, devoted Remnant Church shouldn’t shy away from trials, crises, or spiritual battles. Instead of retreating during tough times, this mindset holds that believers are called to Confront the Darkness, Minister to the Broken, and boldly Carry their Faith directly into the heart of difficult situations.

This concept frequently centers around at least TWO SPIRITUAL THEMES:

• REFINEMENT. ‘The imagery of Fire often represents Purification.’ Scripture teaches that the Remnant is Refined by trials, emerging stronger to fulfill God’s Purpose.

• ACTION. Many contemporary ministries use this exact word to emphasize that: ‘The Church should act as First Responders to individual or community crises.’ We are to meet the practical and spiritual needs of a hurting world, rather than hiding in the comfort of a building.

CODA. “And they OVERCAME and CONQUERED him [i.e., Satan] because of the blood of the Lamb and because of the word of their testimony, for they did not love their life and renounce their faith even when faced with death.” – REVELATION 12:11, AMPC

I cannot add to that which is said so perfectly and clearly, beloved. This is God’s Divine Line in the Sand that He asked of Noah, and of Abraham, and of all the Prophets and all the Apostles.

And of this old man, in Early 2020, well into my 76^th year of following Him. Once I did so, beloved, with His Courage and my own often stubborn, self-preserving will, then:

‘Everything changed!’

The Circuit Ride Vision. The necessary Provision. The Fire of God I had never experienced before. The deepened Grasp of His Word. All of it. Once the wonderous ‘Reckless Abandonment’ finally took place as Oswald Chambers so beautifully etched us as God’s living stones in My Utmost for His Highest in 1923.

So, to all I extend HIS INVITATION to the Remnant Journey with the common phrase, ‘Rebaptized by our Current Moment:’ “Come in! Come all the way in! For the Water of the Lord is fine indeed for all that is yet to come, and Beyond.’
